We need to understand that its a move was well thought out and made intentionally by the writers. So far most of the characters if not all have been painted gray by the writers ( some still a mystery and yet to be judged). This in itself deserves kudos as Indian serials are known for painting characters black and white. So why should Anami be an exception. Her heart is in the right place, she truly believes suda is wronged and broken and brought her in to help her and serve justice albeit she doesn't know of sudha's real motivation but at the same time other characters are deliberately shown to be suffering unjustly as a consequence of her actions. Anami is naive in the sense that she sees the world as black or white. To her people are either good or bad and so are their actions. She is your typical rebellious and overconfident teenager who tends to think too highly of herself (again as most teens do). She is yet to learn many truths and understand that people and their actions are way more complex. That's her major fault, she judges everything impulsively as she sees it labelling everything black and white and acts according to that perceived judgement which surely leads to certain wrongs sometimes. She is a grey character just like the rest of them and the writers are not making her mahaan glorifying her wrong actions which I really appreciate.

Yes me too in the line .. that tutor incident was the one which was the turning point for me as far as Anami goes ... from therein onwards she started getting on my nerves and getting Sudha in LM was the final nail in the coffin . I know it's important for Sudha to be in LM but couldn't the CVS find another way to get her in ?

Violence isn't going to solve Anami's attitude problem towards Satrupa. That's only going to make the situation even worse since Anami already has so much hatred for Satrupa. If Satrupa keeps slapping her every sin/mistakes Anami makes will create more of a rift. I know what Anami did is extremely disgusting and vile... no matter what her intentions were you never bring another woman into the house. Especially where your mother is living she can easily help Sudha by getting her a small flat or someone but bringing her into the house was the last straw for me to like her character.

Anami never listens to anyone but her foster parents maybe they should come into LM and teach Anami a lesson. In respect to how she is disrespecting their values and upbringing. Anami represents her age in which she is very immature and native... she got sucked in Sudha and Nattorams clutches.

I cannot wait for the day when all of this comes falling flat on her face and Satrupa will be there to pick up the pieces. She definitely represents the name tag of bade ghar ki bigdi beti.

I guess that day will be the day when Anami starts respecting Satrupa and their bond will start.

Well, that is what I wrote that Madhu needs to come and knock some sense into her head. But If you want my honest opinion, she earned that slap from Satrupa. Satrupa has so far only threatened Anami, she hasn't gone and destroyed the Pathak family and we all know that is a scare tactic. Sure, Anami doesn't know. Anami is actively trying to ruin somebody's marriage here. She isn't exactly naive, 17 means your one year short of adulthood, most kids know the difference between legally married wife and a mistress by that age. Yes, she is immature but she also has malice in her heart right now. Or else she wouldn't have forced Satrupa to live with her husband's mistress. I have hard time being able to relate to that.

Right now she thinks she has a right to do what she pleases and has the courts sanction for it. Would Pagli Pandithian have allowed her to bring anyone into her house without her permission?
Anami has acted without thinking arrogantly thinking my way is the rightway. In the process she has disturbed the peace and tranquility in an already turbulent LM.
Sudha needed a roof over her head but this taking over a kitchen is a sensitive matter in any home and not don. especially since the woman is capable of poising all like the way the royal family of Nepal were wiped away in one stroke on a bloody night.
