Basically he cant shut anyone using disrespectful & impolite way. He is a host and nothing else. He has authority to handle extreme situation patiencefully in civilize manner but rather he is making joke of crew members by saying TV pe aane ka shauk hai. Kisika baap na bano , host hai toh host jaisa rahe.

This is so called Salman's rispect against woman

Salman just can't be impartial I guess. Every week without fail, he's found something or another to put Arshi down even when there were more serious issues generated by the other housemates. I remembered back his own words uttered just some minutes before rebuking Arshi during the sultani akhara task. When Sapna told him that kisi kisi ki face hi aisi hoti hai blah blah, he told her he doesn't see anything wrong with Vikas' face and the fact that Vikas is not telling her anything back speaks about his character. The same way his targeting of Arshi every week makes me think he clearly doesn't like her and never leaves an opportunity to bring her down and still the girl manages to stay polite to him and excuses herself every time despite him being harsher than necessary to her.

I agree. what makes her more real than the others is that she is aware that many viewers from the awam will find her nakhras annoying and OTT, yet she continues. there is a certain realness to her fake nakhras.
