What if mishty is not Neil's child.

When DM shot avni... but luckily she survived as her heart is towards her right still the deadly murder left bruises on her heart which needed an immediate transplant failing which avni wldnt survive.. luckily she got a transplant n survived...but the docs forgot to put in feelings into it...

This naamkaran is Nayisoch so Neil will keep both his ex and wife in his house.Oneday he will be with choohi and the other day with avni,when he is with avni choohi will see day dream and scream so Neil will leave avni and go to choohi to give emotional support,this is nayisoch naamkaran
