There isn't anything wrong with being shortsighted. I am shortsighted since the age of 4!
And that hasn't stopped me from leading a normal life.
I can even drive a car at night comfortably!
If you don't want to wear glasses, there are plenty of great contact lenses in the market. Try them. They aren't even expensive.
