Why put so much expectations on Heroines only?

I have noticed that a heroine is expected to too many things - Look Well, Dress Well , Dance Well , Behave Well , Speak well, Perform stunts while looking feminine and graceful, Emote well, uphold the name of the country etc etc and also she gets paid less
Whereas Heroes have to just have to perform some action scene and speak some two three dialogues..and people go gaga.. some heroes don't even act well or dance well or behave well etc but people don't care about all those short comings..

Why so much pressure of perfection only on the heroine, even outside of films..they always have to be perfect!

Its really sad.

arre yaar - this is what we call the patriarchy!

women are valued less but expected to do more - it's not fair but until we are seen as equals it's never gonna change.
It doesn't matter how well an actress can act but as soon as she stops looking beautiful/young - she's not useful anymore.

ugly men aren't scorned as much women and get amazing roles - you think an actress that has the skin colour of Nawaz would even get a chance to a play a small role in Bollywood?
You think an actress as fat as Govinda would be a lead herione?

Our value is in our looks because that's all men expect from us.

Yes..
Atleast women themselves must stop commenting on heroines and accept them as they are..
Because men will always objectify women..
Atleast the women should not do that!

It's true. Even when a woman goes through some big controversy her career can end like that. Barring few males, it happens to them too. But lets say some big star does something. I believe the male will come out less damaged than some A-lister female. And I mean, sorry but so many actors are so average looking while all actresses have to be sex bombs to make it. 🤢 So much hypocricy.

Actors definitely are varying shades of ugly in the industry barring a few. Women are constantly pressured for their looks & age & then hated for their success!!!
