Omakra's confession today reveals his journey since the moment he met gauri. And also shows his stance on their relation. My take:

1. teri ahaat ke bina yeh dil dhadkta nahin"

om's transformation scene: "aaj ek dil ko pathar bante huae dekhogae. aur pathar dhaakdta nahin hai".

That day he put up walls around his heart. his heart transformed into a stone. And stone has no life, because it does not beat. The moment she stood up to him in Bareilly, he felt his heart beat again!! He could not believe it. but his heart knew "SHE IS THE ONE". All his actions after that moment, all his hatred has been conflict between his mind and his heart. he married her because his heart could not let go of her. He would have died if he would have left her to die. Even when his mind was all foggy that was THE TRUTH!!

2. "tere bina yeah sasoon ka karwa ruk jayega"

this is his present. he will die if SHE is not in his life. Because SHE is HIS HEART!!

3. "main khuda ke saamne bhi sar uthayae ghumta hoon, par tera naam gunja mera sar jhuk jayega"

One who does not bow his head before GOD will bow even if her name is spoken of - "ISHQ IBBADAT!!". He has put Gauri on a pedestal even higher than god. His heart, body, mind, every breath and even soul belongs to her now. He would happily die every time for her wishes. She is the reason of HIS EXISTENCE.

"yeh dil uska, jaan uski, meri rooh bhi uski

uski har khwawish ke liye, main khud ko khaak mein mila doon"

"Sach mein dhal jaate hain kisse dil se dhaurane ke baad.

ishe pe hoga yakeen ishq ho jane ke baad"

Omkara always believed in LOVE. His beliefs has finally found his manzil - GAURI !!😊

Lovely analysis about rikara journey👏

We waited for om's confession for the past 8.5 months and it's here can't ask for more this is the perfect confession I have ever seen.

Both gauri and om's confession will remain as milestones in IB history.

Thanks to shrenu and kunal for portraying gauri and om with so much ease and intensity.

Thanks for writing about om's confession. Wow! How intense, just like him, and how potent. Can't get enough of them.

Yes, shrenal are truly living the character of om and gauri!! They are the ones who make them real for us 😊 And also thanks to Gul, SP, harneet and everyone associated with IB and DBO who gave us these two characters.

This is the reason fans have supported them and the show always!!

I was already crying a river watching the episode and after reading your analysis I am drowning in the pool of my tears. Gives so much more meaning to the scene when you break it down like that, thanks for sharing it with us.

There's lot to be said about whole confession today. But this is what takes the cake !!

Yes! it was totally worth it.

And also it is at the right time. Gauri would not have come back to her Omkaraji, if om had not confessed today.

For Gauri, her marriage is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH!! We saw her take in her monologue when om left her on road after marriage.

For Omkara, his love is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH!! And we saw his take today in his confession.

Just before confessing, om tried marriage card on Gauri. Because he knows she will always maintain the sanctity of that relation. But it did not work. Because Gauri wants answer for her questions. And she knows he does not believe in marriage. So, why would she do anything for that play?

That is when Omkara break free all his barriers. All his walls are down. He has literally "carved his heart out and put it in her hands. She can CRUSH IT or she can choose to LOVE IT!!" He would happily accept her wish!!

And because of this we saw the dialogue in precap: "usne mujhse aakhri cheez maangi hai. Aur woh main ussey dunga" He has already died million deaths when he said that. But still he would do that if that is what SHE WISHES!!
