Next morning children were happy and enjoying the time with their both parents also Geet was enjoying fully and the servants were happy seeing them happy also they thanks to God sending their Boss who may be rude arrogant but he is good person. It was evening time all get ready to go Gupta house as they had party over there for Yash wedding but then Geet phone ring it was Heer call and she pick yup the phone who ask her.
H. Geet I am sending Brij to take you and children (but then Geet happily said her.
G. No bhabhi don't send bhai we will come there by ourselves (but then Heer worriedly ask her.
H. No Bacha it's not good for you and also how you will mange with children alone (but Geet happily said her.
G. No Bhabhi we are not alone (she said looking at Maan who was with children and she said) don't worry Bhabhi we will be there in half an hour okk bye (saying this she cut the call but her was confused seeing her happy like before also she party to God always make her happy.
Maan Geet with Prem and Maanvi enter in the Gupta house while holding their hands, when the servants saw the Maan they were shock also Heer who were giving instructions to servants but when she didn't get the answer from them she turned back and she was shock to see Maan with Geet and children's also seeing him alive she had tears in her eyes and she shout in happiness.

All the functions went happily without any problems also Geet and children's enjoyed with Maan also he enjoyed with them also after the Yash marriage he start going to office. It was one of the morning where Geet was making children ready for the school but from the morning she was felling tired and some how she make children ready and then they left to the school after them Maan who come and kiss on her forehead also he turn her back start going to office but then then she shout in pain while holding her stomach.

Relax Bacha we are going to hospital (seeing his tense face Geet tried to give him small smile also they left to hospital all the way Maan was trying to talk Geet to make her relax also she was giving him answer not make him worry and also seeing her in this condition it was scaring him. Doctor took her to operation theatre as they took her till then Geet and Yash family also they come over there, they were also worried for Geet and the after few minutes doctor come and he ask him) doctor how is my wife (doctor give him small smile also tell him.
Do. Mr. Khurana your wife and babies are fine but I suggest you that it will better that we will do operation (all were shock but then Maan ask her.
M. Why doctor is there any problem (doctor cut him and said him.

It's not like Mr. Khurana as Mrs. Khurana is not much healthy also from last few much she had taken little stress so it's better for her to do operation (understanding her view point Maan nodded his head and then he sign the papers. D. Don't worry Mr. Khurana your wife and both babies are fine and congratulations now you become parents of twins boy and you can meet your wife in hour but not now as she is resting (all smile and congrats him also his happiness was in no bound.
