I like the new Ramayan. I think the kid playing Sita is doing a great job. In fact the Old Ramayan did not concentrate a whole lot on Sita's childhood.

I'm really enjoying this version - yes, they cud still improve on some things - but perfection is a process. I love the child Sita (even tho she's a bit precocious) - and really like the mental connection Ram and SIta have from such a young age - a theme not explored in the old Ramayan. I cant tell you how empty Fri Sat and Sunday feel! 😭 no Ramayan!

Till now the only thing that irritates me is the popping up of music afer every second line of dialogue, like they r pushing us to be devotional, But the ramayana was also a great accountant of history and above all is a beautiful epic, thats what distinguishes it from other devotional books and thats the reason for its soaring pupularity

I agree 100% with you, these new actors are just struggling to show emotions, in old Ramayan, all emotions seems to come out from within.

Also I like old stuff, nowadays, with too much of make up, too much of background, too much of clothing and jewellery make it to fakish. I also hate unwanted and boring dialogues which are very common in the this new one. In old Ramayan, there was less unwanted music and all dialogues had some message in them.
