Bear with me forum friends. In trying to see light at the end of the tunnel or should I say track in our TSMSP, I came up with this.
Kanak didn't want a divorce but between Uma and Vansh she was under a lot of pressure to. Vansh had divorced Saras already and now came to pick up Kanak. Kanak came up with this plan with golu Bhaya and Rani to help her kidnap Massa. Yes kidnap!
A few days before this unfateful day, Kanak had woke up to get water from the kitchen when she heard some noise from Massa's room. When she peaked from the crack in the door she saw Massi sa forcing Massa to get a shot. Massa was crying silently but Massi sa persisted and didn't stop until she had injected all the medicine into Massa's leg.
"Oh my God! " , thought Kanak. " What's going on". She heard Massi sa scorn Massa and say, " These days you have been getting ideas of recovery. No such thing will happen in my raj! Mark my words! And that favorite biindni sayay will be out of the house before you can move another finger or say Uma again! You will stay in this bed until you die!" . Massi sa quickly hid the syringe and the medicine in the cupboard and rushed for the door. Kanak ran to around the corner as she saw Massi sa come come out of the room. She unsuspectingly went to her room. Kanak came out of hiding and went into Massa's room. She saw that Massa had fallen asleep due to the medicine. Kanak shed a few tears and kissed her hand before she too returned to her room. She knew she had to do something even if she and Uma were not going to stay married together.
Kanak fell asleep dreaming and planning what to do next.
The next morning she called Rani and asked her and Gollu bhaya to help her with her plan. They agreed to help Kanak.
Kanak practiced putting Massa in her special wheelchair under the guise of taking her out to the patio garden with the Shiv statue and waterfall to have a change of place. Massi sa made a face every time but didn't suspect anything at all. She was too happy in anticipation of Kanak leaving forever from the house and their lives!
The fateful day had arrived and the divorce papers, the exchange pick up and drop off of Kanak and Saras were all set.
Kanak was standing in front of Payal , Uma, Palomi, Suman, Shiv and a grinning Massi sa at the door saying goodbyes at the front door. Vansh had dropped a crying Saras off at the door step and was telling Kanak to hurry up. Kanak had let Vansh see the divorce papers with her signature before she handed it to Uma. She had to act on her plan before the ink disappeared on the papers and everybody caught that. Kanak made an excuse to get something from her room that she had forgotten and darted towards Massas room to put her in a wheelchair and race her to the back door in the patio where Gollu bhaya and Rani were waiting along with Meena Chachi to load her up in the car. Kanak only had time to say, " you know what to do right? Please take care of things until I get there!" , before she ran back to the front door with her purse.
Kanak made a quick dash past everyone trying to ignore the animosity that was glaring in Massi sa's grin or the coldness and fury that burned in Uma's eyes. She quickly went in the car with Vansh and Chachoo. Shiv was kind of disappointed that Kanak did not give him one last hug.
All the Toshniwals went into the house and sat on the sofas. Massi sa couldn't have been happier today. Uma however, not wanting to speak to anyone, left for the dawakhana. He only stopped at his desk where he slammed the paper and looked at it. There was no signature where Kanak had signed! Should he be glad or upset?!
Poor Saras had for now gone into her room with Suman who was happy to see her. She weeped herself to sleep eventually, knowing well that Uma had cut all ties with her and she will hear his punishment for betraying him soon.
Meanwhile, Kanak had asked chachoo to take her to a certain hospital that was right outside of Ladno. She didn't give anyone any information yet and insisted that they would soon find out. When they reached at the hospital Gollu bhaya, Meena Chachi, and Rani were already waiting with Massa for the doctor to see her. KAnak had gotten an appointment with a neurologist prior to this day. When they finally saw the doctor and he examined Massa while listening to Kanak's suspicions about getting certain vile medicines from someone that intends to harm her. The doctor told Kanak that Massa although has received these medicines for a long time causing much damage to her but it could all be reversed. She may even walk eventually! What good news Kanak thought. The Rathis were shocked to hear about Massi sa's evil side. Kanak stayed in the hospital for the next few days with Massa until she finally spoke. Massa revealed all that Massi sa had done to keep her mouth shut while she brainwashed all the kids and controlled the house as well as the wealth.
Uma had finally traced out Kanak to the hospital and when he got there he wa shocked to see his mother sitting up in bed speaking! She was slow in her speech but completely in her senses and able to move her arms and neck. Uma was in tears and heartbroken at what he heard but eventually realized the truth behind everything. He said sorry to Massa for not protecting her like he should have and misunderstanding Kanak. Massa witnessed Uma hugging Kanak as they both cried in each other's arms before Massi sa came running into the hospital room and saw that all was over ! Her golden days were now at an end!
Just my version of the future events and a figment of my imagination!
