How to do Sultani Akhada task sportingly?

Serious question. I am genuinely curious. It's a physical task and Salman did said it's a mix of Wrestling and Kabbaddi. Both of which are physical and need one to be aggressive. What was sporting? If Arshi said Hina behen aap jao aur flag lelo. The task was physical. The host himself laid out the rules.

That wuss of a host is making women fight, only to stand there and pass biased comments. What are you really expecting? If it was for me, I would have punched the crap out of my opponent - whether Akash or Puneesh.

I really dont know why they came out with this stupid task... it serves no purpose. And then they only get Arshi everytime and put her down. Really there is no way to do it sportingly as thy bring two people who do t get along at all. Just stop this stupid task... its anyway looking very misogynist as they only make women do it.
