The only people at fault here are Naksh and Keerthi, especially Naksh because his reason for agreeing to marry Keerthi was misplaced and wrong! Keerthi is also at fault and I say this keeping in mind what she has already been through because as someone who has already had a difficult marriage she should have shown a little bit more self preservation! As much as I used to like Keerthi before this track they kind of turned her almost as delusional as Gayu once was with regard to Karthik, I say almost because where as Karthik had never given any hopes to Gayu here Naksh clearly let Keerthi build her hopes verbally as well as through intentional and unintentional gestures so I don't really blame Keerthi for not being able to decipher the constipated look on his face (not in offence to the actor) whenever their relationship/love was mentioned.
Flaws: Naira exhibited a major character flaw here, when she came to know the truth regarding Karthik's mom she couldn't keep it to herself, she hated hiding such a big thing from Karthik as their relationship had no space for lies or secrets but here she decided to hide the truth from Karthik (she had her own reasons and as practical as they were I do see it as a flaw). she herself trusts Naksh now only because she could see the sincerity in him but initially even she couldn't trust his words. So when Naira who shares a blood relation with Naksh and knows him better than anyone else couldn't trust him on the first go Karthik is most definitely not going to trust Naksh based on Naira's words of assurance alone.
Karthik is always level-headed, in fact if you think about Kaira's story from the beginning he is the calmer one while Naira has been the patakha who blows her fuse quickly.But Karthik loses it when pushed over the edge in trivial matters such as his mom's past and sister's well being which is valid. But if you notice he is not just angry,hurt or disappointed he is raging! The breaking of things and the hurtful words hurled at Naira are his way of dealing with the pain and betrayal. He is not right and nothing can justify his behavior towards Naira but that's the only way CVs will be able to sell this separation to the audience.
Blame game: My honest opinion is that there is no space for blame game the only person to be blamed here is "Naksh". In fact it's kind of a poetic justice that is being served to him via Kaira separation with him being the reason. (Even though Kaira will get through this I am looking forward to the angst)
