That look is sizzling though and we can only imagine what mixed feelings he may have for her even if he tells his friends otherwise because he has been giving her some very interesting looks.

To go from being disinterested in someone (remember how he use to call her boring naina) to hating her with a passion is realistic for his sake so we cant be complaining if they don't show him looking like a lovesick guy so suddenly. Plus where would be the fun in that if he were to out of the blue profess to be in love with her. Love-hate relationships are always fun, and in hating her so much he's constantly thinking about her or atleast scheming against her and naturally may begin to love her having her in his mind all the time.
