Amitabh Bachchan: Will not celebrate my birthday and Diwali this year.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan says this year
he will not be celebrating the festival of
lights Diwali or his 75th birthday, which falls
on October 11, 2017. Though he didn't give
a reason, it could be because his daughter-
in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's father
Krishnaraj Rai passed away in March after
several days of illness.
"India thrashes Australia in T20, Pink
Panthers' extraordinary convincing win,
thunderstorm cancels the shoot, 30 million
on Twitter, and just for your information...
no Diwali celebration this year," Amitabh
tweeted on Saturday night.
The "Piku" star shared more details on his
blog.
"No, there is no celebration of any kind for
the 75th and there's no possibility of my
presence here in the city. They
speculate...They aver they get to know from
their 'sources', details which can be
completely wrong at times... one wishes to
be those sources - for us, never ever know
who or what they are," Amitabh wrote.

Could be due to Aishwarya's father's death earlier this year.

I've had the same feeling since a few years esp last year after the Sarabjit RC where Jr just left her on the carpet & all the cameras caught that moment. SBN seems like she can't stand her... I feel they might be heading for a divorce. Maybe they don't even live much together! After Amar Singh confirmed that Jaya B doesn't live with Sr, maybe Ash is coming up next. Jr always looks so so so frustrated & annoyed all the time too.

If he didn't celebrate his birthday what were they all doing in Maldives then.
