Shivika OS: Behind her cheerful facade

Shivaay was very angry. First it seemed he was made a fool by the senior oberois, and to top it annika was laughing looking at him. Here he was trying to solve the problem, but everyone was against him. He was literally seething with anger, no-one made him a fool.

Annika was laughing and laughing seeing her husband's face. Ainveyi she used to call him shark singh oberoi, the real sharks were Tej uncle and Shakti papa. Here both were stuck in Goa now, no flights to return back to Mumbai due to bad weather and an angry SSO. Right now both were in a hotel room while necessary arrangements could be made to take them back. She knew SSO was very angry, and thought she would have more fun with Rudy than staying with her grumpy husband. But somehow, she didn't have the heart to leave him alone. And anyway she was also partly enjoying how her husband was made pappu too. So despite trying to control her laughter, everytime she'd see his face she couldn't stop herself. Little did she know how SSO was very close to erupting and her laughter was making things worse.

'Annika, just stop it!' SSO finally roared.

'stop what?' Annika asked with her innocent drama queen face, hidding a smile.

'just stop it! This is no joke! I again failed. And all you can do is laugh! I'm trying to save my family here!' SSO said angrily.

This managed to wipe annika's smile. She walked slowly towards SSO and stop when they were facing each other.

'joke?! And what do you mean by 'my' family?! It's our family,' she replied in a sad voice.

'Well in that case, stop laughing! This is a serious issues! Not everything is comedy in life! My family is danger here, the reputation is in danger! But nahin all Annika does is laugh and does nautanki everytime! Since this morning you have been doing your nautanki when I left OM. You even followed me despite I forbid you, did that stupid anisa begum drama! And even now everything is a joke for you!' SSO replied angrily. As soon as the words were out and he saw tears in Annika's eyes, he immediately regretted his words. As usual when he was angry and when he failed in something, generally he never could control his mouth. But before he could even undo what his words did, he saw Annika wipe her tears and look at him angrily.

'joke! I'm making everything a joke! Apko pata hein shivaay, joke to main bane gayi hoon for everyone! Main hoon kaun?! Everyone thinks Tanya is your wife! Did you ever thought how I felt when you returned back after 15days and completely ignored me? Did you ever thought how I'd feel when you introduced Tanya as your wife infront of all? Did you ever thought how I felt in those 15 days when I had no news from you?! And then when you came back, you deliberately ignored me. No matter how many times I tried and showed my hurt, you still didn't tell me anything?! Didn't I deserve the truth shivaay? Didn't we promise never to hide anything from each other? Didnt we promise to help each other in problem?! When you told me the truth about the mills and blackmail, I've tried my best to help you and understand why Tanya is in your life! Even the other day, I tried my best to be worthy of an oberoi's bahu, isme meri kya galati that everytime I was following the senior oberois sometimes abhay, sometimes Dadi, sometimes pinky and Tanya stopped me countless of times! Maine koshish ki nah! But even then you got angry with me and shut me out completely!And today you also failed! Main samjhti hoon ki apke liye apka parivaar kya hein! Main jaanti hoon. Lekin Saath hein to baat hein shivaay! Sometimes we will fail, but sometimes we might also succeed! And you say about protecting me?! Kisse? I will never survive without you, main aisi hi hoon! I will always protect you with or without your permission! Agar apko kuch ho jaata, to kabhi socha hein mera kya hoga?! Apko mere smile aur drama se problem hein, but you can't see the pain and fear behind my antics?! You can't see how desperately I'm trying to accept everything and be your strength instead of your weakness!' Annika was crying as she finished. Through her tears, she couldn't even see SSO's face and before she made more a mess of herself, she turned and ran out of the room. Later after some time alone, confident and strong Annika will return, but right now she was weak annika and didn't want to be stay near shivaay in this mode.
