Its going to be tough for him especially when he is putting on an act for his family but I look forward to how they communicate with each other while separated and of course their reunion

Are they acting to be separated and putting on a act in front of their families? or is there really some misunderstanding between these two? I don't watch Naamkaran so have no clue about what's going on.
