Ranveer and Ishani pack their belongings and go to the airport for their honeymoon at Sri Lanka. They reach Kandy.

Ishani: Wow, what a beautiful place!

Ranveer: Yes, it is but not as beautiful as you.

Both of them take selfies and go for the boating. Suddenly, it rains heavily. The boat gets stuck in the midway. The boatman said, "I can't drive more than this as it is going to be risky but at the same time, I cannot tell you to get out as it is a question of life.

Ranveer: What the hell, if we are here, we will drown. It is better if we jump out and swim the distance.

Boatman: Do you know swimming?

Ranveer: Yes, I know.

Boatman: Even if you are a good swimmer, it is very risky in this condition. We won't drown as our boat is big.

Ishani: But we cannot take that risk.

Ranveer: Fine, I will drive the boat no matter what.

Ranveer starts driving the boat. They reach the shore safely.

Ranveer is upset. He said, "Our honeymoon is screwed up because of that idiot. He has accepted to give us the lift but left us at the midway.

Ishani: Anyway, you drove the boat. Take that as an experience.

Ranveer and Ishani then book the room at a resort. Both of them have a candlelight dinner.

Dadi calls Akash and said, "Your wife has brought a disgrace to the family. I could sense that at the first instance. That is why I was against the Arnav-Sheetal wedding. But you have done the worst thing than her by leaving a gem like Khushi and bringing Sheetal here. It was only on Arnav & Khushi's request, I am tolerating her otherwise, I would have thrown both of you out of this house. Better knock some sense on your wife's head to mend her ways, otherwise, I have to take a drastic step which you may not like. I also sense that you guys are not ready to leave your pasts behind but are bent on separating Arnav and Khushi and having them for yourselves. You have made the first mistake of leaving Khushi at the mandap. The second mistake is bringing Sheetal here. Now the third mistake is separating Khushi from Arnav and having her for yourself. You are making a bigger mistake to rectify the previous mistakes. Now you and Sheetal have to decide whether you guys want to stay together or part ways. If you guys want to stay here, then better behave accordingly. Don't think that I don't know anything. Even if you guys don't tell me anything, I can make out. I am very good at reading people and their faces. I have taken care of the empire when you & Arnav were school going children. I have seen the world more than you & am more experienced.

Akash: Don't worry. I will talk to Sheetal.

Arnav & Khushi are now getting ready for the office. Khushi leaves her hair open to comb it. Arnav gets mesmerized by her beauty.

Arnav: I have never seen that you have such a long & beautiful hair but I have always seen that you are very pretty.

Khushi blushes. She said, "Thanks, Arnav. I have never thought that you are so handsome. I guess we were never close. We have been living as a couple only for the sake of the name but you began to take care of me after my heart operation.

Arnav: Yes, that is true. I was upset with you for hiding the fact that you loved Akash. Do you still love him?

Khushi: Whatever was between Akash & me, it was before our marriage. But I don't even think about him as a lover but as a brother-in-law. Do you love Sheetal?

Arnav: If I had loved Sheetal, I would not have proposed to you. I was only attracted to her which I thought was love but after you came to my life, I had realized that I don't love her but was going ahead after I got to know about you & Akash. But now we need to forget the past & start a new life. We need to understand each other by starting with friendship. Will you be my friend?

Khushi: You are right. We will be good friends.

Both of them join their hands.

Akash & Sheetal discreetly hear their conversation. They think, "Yes, this is the best time to woo them.

Akash & Sheetal go to their room.

Akash: I want to tell you one thing. What you did was not right but I have supported & defended you against the guests. Dadi is quite upset with us, especially you and we have got just one month for the contract to get over. So, it is time for us to decide whether we should extend it or stay together forever or separate after the contract. Dadi told me that she knows everything but I hope she does not know about what understanding we had.

Sheetal: I think Dadi does not know otherwise she would have specifically told about our contract marriage. In the contract, it was also mentioned that it is at our discretion whether we should stay together after 6 months or not.

Akash: Right. But there is no love between us. You always tried to harm Khushi who is my love.

Sheetal: I'm sorry. I have been selfish. Please give me a chance.

Akash: Fine, but on one condition. You can do anything except for harming or hurting my love or any of the other family members. The second thing is you are not going to misbehave with dadi or any of the family members. Whatever we do, we should not give any clue to dadi. Arnav and Khushi have also been living a loveless marriage. So, that is the best chance for us before they make they come close. They have decided to start their married life on a fresh note.

Sheetal: I know. I have also heard their conversation.

Akash: We have to meet dadi before we express our feelings towards Khushi and Arnav.

Both of them go to Dadi's room to meet her.

Ranvijay and Gunjan also had heard Arnav and Khushi's conversation.

Ranvijay: It is a good sign that Arnav and Khushi have come to talking terms and have decided to start their lives on a new leaf.

Gunjan: Yes, you are right. But we have to stay here until the time their relationship becomes strong. That was the task Ranveer had given to us.

Ranvijay: Yes, it is still a long way to go. We need to keep an eye on Akash and Sheetal and be alert.

Gunjan: More than us, it is Arnav & Khushi who needs to be alert. They have requested Dadi to allow them to stay & accept Sheetal.

Ranvijay: Khushi knows everything but she has got a big heart.

Gunjan: Even Arnav is the same.

Ranvijay: That is why they make a good pair. We have not gone out to spend time together ever since we got married.

Gunjan: You are right as we took the responsibility to bring Arnav bro & Khushi Bhabhi close.

Ranvijay: For now, we can go for a small date. Get ready.

Ranvijay & Gunjan go to the Coffee Day to spend time.

Akash & Sheetal meet Dadi. They asked, "Did you call us here.

Dadi: Yes, I had to call Sheetal here because it is time for you guys to decide what you guys want to continue the relationship or put an end to it. I don't see any love between both of you. In fact, even Arnav & Khushi's marriage has been loveless before Khushi's heart operation but I could see the love in their eyes for each other after the surgery.

Sheetal is about to say, "You have forced Arnav to marry Khushi. But she controls herself remembering Arnav proposing to Khushi and her promise to Akash that she will neither hurt Khushi nor misbehave with Dadi or any of the family members.

Akash + Sheetal: We have decided to stay together & give a chance to our relationship.

Dadi: Fine, I have 2 conditions. The first one is you guys won't create problems between Arnav & Khushi. The second condition is I want a great-grandson or great-grand-daughter from you.

Akash: We are fine with the first condition but for the second one, we need to understand each other before bringing the kid in this world.

Dadi: That is your lookout. I don't know how you do it but I want a kid within one to one and a half years.

Akash: Fine. We will start a family.

Sheetal: Arnav & Khushi are the eldest couples. Why don't you tell them?

Dadi: Good question! I will talk to them separately.

Akash & Sheetal leave.

Sheetal: Akash, you are a fool to agree to dadi's condition.

Akash: Did you have a better idea than this? If I had not agreed, Dadi wouldn't have allowed you to stay here. I had agreed only for your sake. We need to work out on our plan.

Sheetal: I have an idea.

Akash: What?

Sheetal: Faking my pregnancy. After the 9^th month, we will go to the orphanage & adopt the child.

Akash: a rubbish idea. If we adopt the child, what about our mission? But faking your pregnancy is not a bad idea.

Arnav & Khushi return home after the office.

They meet dadi.
