I m excited to know what name he is gonna to keep.

I think she will sense that it's him but will be confused for some time cause she doesn't think that Om would come looking for her thus her disbelief at the Sardar being him..until eventually she realizes it's actually him.

In psychiatry...there is a dictum...you will not see something which you dont wish to see. For Gauri...it is beyond expectation that Om can come to her...she doesnt want another heartbreak...rather she doesnt want to risk it. So even if Om is there...she might sense him...but will not accept it...for the fear of another rejection.

She definately will not recognise him.. Unfortunately it is difficult to put Om in disguise coz his hair is already long and he already has a beard. They cannot cut it of for a temp disguise so I guess this is the best they could work with.
