Today as @zindagi pointed out Param specifically telling Ruhi that he has Raman's ear already and will convince Shagun if needed speaks volumes. It is Sharam and their kids and their family matter and Raman made sure that is the message to all concerned including Ishita. Going forward it's reunion of Raman, Shagun and their kids. I don't see what value Ishita is holding in his life.
