Gutkha is a sweetened mixture of chewing tobacco, betel nut and palm nut. In India it is available in small package. Usually this mixture, people stuff in the lower part of the mouth and it slowly dissolves... This is also one of the main cause of stained lower teeth.. Also very dangerous for health as it has tobacco...Read the article about celebrity hygiene... Thanks Ami! 🤗 Didn't know anything about ghutka previously. 😳 The lingual absorption of tobacco is even worst than inhalation because it enters the bloodstream almost immediately. 😕 I don't know why anyone would want to harm their health this way. 😒
