Everything changed in the CC office ever since the previous Head resigned and Yuvika and Pooja took over. It was on this one fine morning, that all the members were called in for a team meeting. As they gathered together, many if not all were afraid as the newly elected Heads had announced that they would be critically analysing each member's performance, which in simple words meant pointing out everyone's bad points and firing a few creatives. The previous Head was kind enough to overlook the odd minus point here and there but expecting the same from these two?? No chance, everyone was in for a bashing and the first to be called was Meena. A frightened Meena stood and the duo attacked her with straight faces -
Yuvika: Meena we have been noticing this for a long time.Pooja : But were quiet because of our former Head.Yuvika : But now since we are the Heads and in chargePooja : We have decided to say this out loudYuvika : Meena your writing style is very oldPooja : No uniquenessYuvika : Full of errorsPooja : Grammatically tooYuvika : And You are slacking off a lotPooja : Basically you are being lazyYuvika : So we have decided that we should start with you.. Your Fired!Pooja : Go and pack your stuffYuvika : And your termination letter will be with you shortly.Pooja : (noticed Meena standing still) GO! before she (looking towards Yuvika) brings out her chappals...

Meena stood with teary eyes. After they finished their critique, she looked towards her friends for help but they all agreed with the duo and gestured her to follow the orders and leave. With a broken heart Meena retreated to her room and burst into tears as she recalled the old days when they shared some happy memories together. She still could not believe what had just happened but after sometime she began packing her bags.

It was already late when Ramya arrived with her termination letter. Meena took it from her and Ramya left with a smirk, disheartening Meena further. She knew the content of the letter so did not consider opening it.Picking up her bags, Meena opened the door to a dark hall. She did not understand why the lights were off and called out for the others but no reply. Suddenly, the light was restored and the rest of the team members jumped out screaming: "CONGRATULATION MEENA!"
What a crazy bunch she thought, congratulations? for what? being fired by two female Hitlers. Seeing her confused and weird face expression, Pooja asked her to open the letter. Rubbing salt on my wound poo? She made a face and opened the letter and was surprised to read that it was actually a Promotion Letter.👏

One by one, they all hugged Meena and explained how it was a prank and that they were sincerely sorry for the harsh words they had told her earlier that day. Meena was so happy to be promoted as team captain that she forgave them all but remained confused about their choice of revealing this promotion to her; "I know we are Crazy Creatives and do like really Crazy stuff, but what was the need to do all this just to announce a captaincy promotion?" Maliha replied " It was necessary" while the others nodded. Meena was still confused so Megha added " It is your birthday dummy, that is why!"
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEENA", they all screamed whilst giving her a group hug. "Yeah, this was all to celebrate your birthday and that promotion is your birthday gift" Yuvika told Meena with a grumpy face, before leaving. "Erm...what is up with her?" Meena asked. All sighed and shrugged. "Ah, ignore Miss Moody, she probably lost a favourite chappal" Pooja said whilst putting an arm around Meena. "Ah, I see, maybe we can gift her a pair of chappals for her birthday!" Meena said and happily celebrated her birthday with the rest of the team.
