Part 15
Ishra reached to the party hall ,all were looking for them only as most of the people were done with their dinner and were waiting for ishra to bid adieu . All were happy to see ishra together ,they wished them good luck for their success and coming life , and slowly all the guest left .it was midnight when they got free .They came out of the hotel after settling all the bills .Seeing ishra coming out from the hotel ,their driver went to bring their car while they waited on road .
That's when his phone rang ,he picked up the call as it was from London .He was talking in phone and driver was taking forever to come ,ishita was just looking here and there waiting for them. Ishita was looking at the Raman ,after few minutes he completed the call and turned to join ishita .That's when he noticed that a speedy car was about to bang ishita ,he ran to save her but before he can reach ishita ,the car hit her and went away .Raman turned to see the number of car and then ran to ishita who was laying in pool of blood . Raman picked her in his arms ,that's when their car arrived, he immediately sat in the car and they drove towards the hospital.
Raman hugged her close to his heart and called her name ,while she spoke " Raman save me " wincing in pain ,then closer her eyes . He hugged her more tightly and instructed driver to drive fast .Soon they reached the nearby hospital ,he took her out of the car and soon the stretcher was brought ,he lays her in it and went to attendant asking for Doctor to treat ishita .Soon the doctor who was on duty came and asked what happened to her ,Raman told that its an accident .The Doctor look at ishita than Raman and asked
" what is the relationship between you two ".
R- she is my wife ,you treat her in the mid ,I will give you all my introduction .
He spoke getting impatient as doctor was wasting much time in interrogation. The doctor nodded and started examining ishita ,he at first gave her some injections and then checked her .Doctor told Raman to wait outside he nodded and waited for doctor to come . After sometimes the doctor came and informed that nothing much has happened ,she has a injury in head and some bruises but her leg got a crack ,for which they have to put plaster and it will take about ,one or one and half months to heal . Raman asked if she is conscious ,Doctor denied saying she lost her conscious due to pain and now sleeping under the effect of medicine.Raman nodded and the doctor admitted ishita to hospital doing the needful treatment saying that next day the orthopedic doctor will treat her .
Ishita was still sleeping in hospital room while Raman was sitting in the stool beside her ,caressing her hairs softly . He waited till late ,thinking may be she can wake but she was go on sleeping .It was late night, Raman felt too sleepy but he don't wanted to go and sleep in other bed thinking what if ishita wake and she needs something , and he couldn't listen her being in deep sleep .Thinking so she rested his head in her bed and slept in sitting position itself ,soon he was in deep sleep . It was early morning when his eyes opened listening to her voice ,he got up immediately and called her " ishita ishita ,how are you ".
Ishita saw him and spoke ,wincing in main " I m not good ,its paining a lot .what doctor had said ,kya hua hai mujhe ,main theek hoon na ,bahut jyada to chot nahi lagi naa ,haath pair to theek hai na ".
( what happened to me ,I m ok na ,my hand and legs are ok na )
Raman smiled listening her and spoke
" you can speak so much in this situation also ".
I- then what should I do ,ab to chot lag chuki hai na . ( now I m already wounded ).
R- (pecking her temple )- baat to sahi hai ,now you are already wounded ,but don't worry its not much but your right leg has a crack ,they will put plaster and you can't walk properly almost for two month .
I- you are telling lie na ,main theek hoon na .
R- no sweety ,I m telling right . your leg is cracked and they will plaster your leg.
Ishita cried like a child and spoke " nahi please mujhe woh nahi lagaana hai ,I don't like it ".
R- ishita we don't do everything with likes and dislike sweety ,you are hurt and it didn't happened by your will ,it was an accident.
I- phir bhi .
R- ishita how much you speak ,chup and rest ,itna bologi to bimaar bhi nahi lagogi .now its not paining.
I- its paining lot ,I wanted to forget it that's why I was talking .
Raman only shook his head in disbelief and asked again " how are you feeling ".
I- don't ask it again and again,at first I m hurt ,then living in this hospital bed ooper se you are asking again and again,mujhe bimaaro waali feeling aa rahi hai .( I m feeling like sick person ).
R- you should feel as you are actually a patient over here ,stop talking so much and try to sleep ,either I will call the sister ,she will give you some injection and then you can sleep .
I- no no don't call anyone ,I m sleeping .
She spoke this closing her eyes tightly , pretending to sleep ,Raman just admired her and was going to pat her when she opened her eyes and asked
" will ask only one question " .
R- ( making a dirty face )- poocho .
I- did they gave me injection .
R- humm.
I- how many .
R- I don't know as I was not there at the time of treatment.
I- ohh .
Saying so she again closed her eyes , before he can react and asked again " achcha Raman were you got scared when that car hit me ".
R- kya .
I- I asked when you saw my accident , how you felt ,were you scared .
Ranan kissed her forehead and spoke nodding " humm ,I was so scared ,can't explain the feeling ,I went through ".
She noticed his teary eyes,wiped his tears and spoke smiling " are you mad you are crying like baby for me " .
R- what baby ,can't a grown up person cry .
Ishita smiled and spoke " of course ,but its amazing that you are crying for me ".
R- pagal hai kya ,who else I have ,you are my family ,you are my wife to aur kiske liye roounga .
Ishita opened her arms for him he embrace himself in her arms and spoke crying hugging her tight " I was so scared to see you like that ,didn't you saw ,aisa koi karta hai kya ,aise you can see everything couldn't see that big car ".
I- I saw it ,but it was very late ,everything happened in nano second .
Ishita shifted a bit, made place for him and signalled him to lay beside her ,he told that he is ok ,she must feel uncomfortable as the bed is already small ,but she told that she is ok and called him ,he too didn't argued much and lays beside her ,they talk randomly and then slept after sometimes .
Raman's sleep broke listening to buzzing sound of his mobile ,he opened his eyes and found himself in hospital and realized what has happened .He saw ishita who was sleeping but with frown ,he kissed her temple and then picked the call ,seeing that its daimaa's number .She was worried for them as she didn't found him in his room in morning . Raman told everything to her and she panicked ,asked about ishita ,he said that she is sleeping . They talked dome more ,then daimaa disconnected the call saying she is coming to hospital with their morning tea and breakfast . After disconnecting the phone ,he got and freshened up ,when he came back he saw her already up .He again asked about her and she was about to say something when the nurse knocked the door ,he opened it . The nurse gave some medicine to him and instructed him to give it after she have something ,then she started filling the injection ,ishita saw it and asked meekly " sister are you going to give me injection ".
N- humm .
Ishita made a scared face and saw Raman ,he went near her and held her ,she hided herself fully in him ,closing her eyes tightly while the nurse injected her .She was gone and ishita was still closing her eyes ,Raman spoke " ishita nurse went ".
She slowly opened her eyes and spoke making a baby face ," I don't like these injections a bit that's why ,I hate to be sick ."
R- no one get sick with their own will ,got that .
She made a dirty face listening to him while he spoke " come I will help you in freshening ".
I- aap help karoge.
R- then who else will do.
I- nurse ??
R- they are nurse not attendant and moreover I will not let any attendant to touch you ,they are dirty .come I m there na .
Ishita nodded and was going with him when daimaa came with necessary things ,like toothbrush ,paste ,soap.etc . She gave it to Raman and ishra went to freshen up ,after sometimes Raman cane out while ishita was still there. After a while she too came out ,he noticed that she was in much pain ,he didn't let her walk a step and picked her . She didn't protested as she was actually in so much pain .Daimaa at first have tea to them and then have their breakfast ,Raman fed her and himself too ,then gave her medicine and told her to rest till the doctor came .
At about 10.30 doctor the orthopedic doctor came ,examined her and took her for xray . The treatment process started and it took about four to give hours for x-ray ,examination and putting the plaster ,they were treating her inside while Raman and daimaa were waiting outside . After much time they brought ishita out ,Raman saw her ,she was looking too exhausted ,the attendant too her to room ,was about to help her to lay when Raman picked her from stretcher and lays her in bed ,he thanked the attendent ,then covered ishita fully and she slept in no time .
He was about to sit when inspector showed up and asked about the accident .Raman went with him to file an FIR and give his statement .
