Okay, I really enjoyed yesterday's episode. Because after that one week of super passionate scenes, it was a 50-50 chance things weren't going to proceed any further..hahahah.. even I was fooled for a moment thinking it'd be more tragic if they went through memory loss after Suhaagraat. I'm digressing.
Last week we were made to believe that this ghunghat woman was trying to "stop the wedding with Annika , saying it was a mistake. But the crumpled paper says, " If you want to save your family, you must meet with me at this place. And he leaves his bride and drives out to an isolated place without his security detail. Yeah, genius.
Annika has had bad vibes since her bracelet broke and felt the surreal moment of him walking away from her. She was left waiting in the room, and for the next 15 days. Bravely waiting, because he told her to wait. Knowing he was alright, because her breathing would have ceased if anything had happened to him.
That scene with Rudra was so heartbreaking. She is brave and confident, and he looks ready to break down, just watching her with the saddest expression on his face.

1st day of Navratri, Dadi had planned for them to do pooja and Annika goes anyway. Magically he also appears there, reenacting the exact scene of their first meeting. But he pretends not to know her.
He starts the pooja, but using the taali which Annika brought. And he inadvertently filled Annika's forehead with so much sindhoor, it cannot forgotten who is his rightful wife. See his face when he realised what had happened. That tiny moment of shock and perspective that Fate had given them both in the holy place. It was not the old frosty SSO who spoke amiably, telling her stop following him, to stop acting like he was her "Best Friend .. so he pretended not to know her at all.. and she broke his windshield to remind him who she was.
Unimpressed this time. He calls for this noob to come get him. That didn't make sense. So he was there in a car on his own, with guards (not his perhaps?) and was being followed by this seemingly sweet looking newbie who arrives within seconds of his call. So they weren't travelling together. He took the woman's hand to make Annika stop her efforts to make him remember. And it worked, Annika was stumped into silence. She went home like a zombie , and before she could explain, in walked the man himself.
He hugs Om warmly, remembers everybody. But not Annika. Just her. And springs upon them a NEW wife Tanya of 15 days or less. Which NO ONE knows about. Insists Annika leave the house.
BANG !!! DRAMA QUOTIENT is too high !!!
Man, it was thrilling. I hate it that Annika will be crying again, but man, these guys know how to do kichadi of our emotions. My heart was beating a steady war drum beat through out episode.
Wait, we haven't even got to the Balika Vadhu bits, if it is even coming. Oh and the theory that Abhay was the one who ran over Shivaay with his white car, and conveniently is placed inside Oberoi Mansion, like a mole.
Yes, I want to burn that hand that touched another woman, just like you. But wait, after Annika gets over the tension she has been keeping bottled the last 15 days, she will hit back at SSO so hard, he won't see it coming. She's Annika, she's capable of anything.
It looks to me, that he is distancing her from the danger the Oberois are facing. There is probably a mark on each Oberoi, and he wants her to be persona non grata. The cold act is for the person holding him hostage, and we have yet to know what keemat they demanded from him.
If Annika is out of the circle that's being watched, she can be his secret weapon to strike back, can't she not? Man, this is exciting.
