star plus channel in Canada

Hi,

Does anyone know if star plus channel has been removed from Canadian TV channels as it used to come on Rogers on # 681 but has not been coming since Oct 1. Thnak

Poonam you should contact your Rogers provider. I know that they provide the channels free for some time as a marketing ploy to rope you in so the free period may have ended.

I've been getting Zee TV for the past 5 months and it ends at the end of October.

I don't know about Rogers but, Bell Canada is airing it

Bell is funny. It's giving me Zee. I would love to get Star or Sony. I have a friend getting Sony. Now I find out they are giving Star as well. 😆

So, I found out through a news article what the deal is with Rogers and StarPlus in Canada. FYI - StarPlus was airing on Rogers through ATN. Read the article for the rest of the story:

Rogers as per above won't be airing Star Plus through ATN 😳 Not sure if Rogers/Bell will separately air Star Plus like it does Zee TV, Sony, etc.

In the interim, I think you can get the content directly from Hotstar or indirectly through less reputable online sources.

At times star shows are shown on ATN too. Just need to know the timing. Although i prefer watching it online.

Hotstar is not available in Canada😒 atleast it says not in my region - Alberta😕

Hotstar is now becoming available in Canada for a fee. So, check again even if you were previously told that it is not available.

ATN costs money in Ontario. That's weird.

A lot of Hotstar shows are available now (except for the ones that are currently airing). I usually watch off Desitvbox or Yo Desi for that reason. Everything is available there for a good 12 hours after the episode airs.
