I don't think so 😆... Maybe some people think so because of the body language/poses (and six packs lol) in these pics?? Besides I don't think Upen is hot whereas Karan on the other hand is SMOKIN' (hot)! 😉 Besides Karan is 10000000000 times better in everything... looks & personality wise than Upen (no offence to Upen fans 😊)
