Dimaag in the deep freezer

Abhi that CVs have finished their saat janam ka creativity and common sense ka quota yesterday, today was dimaag ki kulfi in the deep freezer episode

Chandni applied haldi on Advay the exact same way
As he has applied on her during their 1st marriage
Cheek to cheek and this was so sensual and scintillating
Dev enjoyed it a lot it was so clear on his face
He had told her he would not apply haldi from her hands
So she did not touch him with her hands

When Chandni gave the gift that he had given her
When they first made their friendship in childhood
She asked Advay to give it to Sasha before their marriage
He got angry and took it and dropped it on the ground
I think he was angry that she asked him to give it to an outsider
Later he went to his room and scolded a servant
as he was picking up the pieces
He himself picked up the pieces and mended it
This is so symbolic
He wants to mend his relation with Chandni now
And he will not allow any 3rd person to come between them

You know I seriously think the creatives are giving these scenes so that we don't feel bad for the show going off-air. That is the only logic I can find in this whole tamasha. They had full 3 weeks after the show under scanner rumor came. Heck Dev revelation was in episode 50 so that makes it 4 weeks. They can aaram se go their original story and go out on a high. But nope we got ridiculous track and when yesterday they gave the O re piya scene I was like - what the heck, these 2 could have nailed down the angst and separation so good and we got these stupid tracks.


Oh well whatever - At this point I think I should count the good things and let go of my dissatisfaction. Anyway thanks to Gul for giving a layered character like Advay to Barun. Even though he was there for only 70 episodes I am glad Barun did do this project because he totally owned the role spectacularly. And I am really grateful for Gul for standing by her casting choice and giving all her support to Shivani. Even though the character was butchered beyond repair Shivani did shine in her few moments. I wish her all the best.

Priya, some self talk by Dev would've been nice, why did he break the globe?

Did he not want to be reminded of how close they were once

Or was he angry that she made him realise that their relationship would be over as he would be marrying Sasha

Or is it that he was angry that she was so calm about it and he wanted her to be hurt and react?

After last night, he must have some confusion about his feelings - I wish the CVs had shown that - we used to get so much reflections from Arnav

I think as I said he was angry as she was giving something which he gave her
To give to Sasha who was some outsider now
I know some reactions should have been there
But again they were crushed for time as they had to wrap up soon

@Arshics Sorry I know u pointed out at the lack of logic in the episode
Bu I wrote the scenes that I liked and why
I just want to focus on the beauty of each episode now
As after 6 we will have nothing to look forward to every day

I also missed Adi and Murli yesterday

They have no time for advay reactions but all the time for bhoot drama
