The costume design is spectacular. Every incarnation of Shakti is distinct and individual; Durga is vastly different from Kali or Parvati or Ambika. Part of that is the uniformity each character is provided: Parvati has a particular aesthetic, so maintaining that throughout allows for the audience to differentiate her from Sati or Durga. Then, Pooja breathes life into her characters, and we're all aware of how fantastic she is as an actress. It never seems like she or SRJ are portraying Shakti and Shiva.

Pooja is definitely the right cast for Parvati and her divine avatars,,,

Firstly i thought SB is perfect as Parvati,, very gentle, lovely and sweet...
But now we see Pooja set higher standard for Parvati in terms of beauty, appearance, acting (improved in every episode), fighting choreo (as Kali)
