Shivaay and Annika return from their adventure in the jungle and jail, and Dadi springs news on them that their wedding is 2 days away. Annika sprang up in such a celebratory whoop, she startled everyone. She's more open in front of the family now, they all know and find her crazy antics cute and funny. The only sour face left is so because her son adamantly refuses to forgive her.
(I honestly dunno where they are going with Pinky's character. She is just demanding forgiveness without even asking. What gives!? What she did with Svetlana and those secret phone calls. All I know is this is the first wedding preparation that he is so involved and ecstatic about, and she has no part in it. That's gotta sting quite a bit)
Annika is truly behaving like a girl in love. Especially one who is marrying Shivaay Singh Oberoi, who's well known for flash lightning wedding preparations. Her freaking out about outfits and matching shoes and jewellery, was so cute, like Finally She is the one in the bride's place and wanting it to be perfect.
Shivaay watches fondly as she frets about like a headless chicken. Nervous chatter aside she was adorable. He confidently tells her, he will make things happen for her, just to relax. Easy for him to say, she planned his weddings multiple times..!! So he throws a glass of water at her, and she returns with a jar full right back. Funny how neither are mad about this anymore.
Snapped out of her anxiety, she makes plans but he wasn't done...grabbing hold of her with the fierce intent of kissing her into calming down. But that scandalous last "Just breathe Annika... " had sexy innuendos dripping... hahahhaha..
He whips out a box with a huge rock, and in his customary style puts it on her finger and kisses it. Felt like " with this ring , I wed thee... he's done this multiple times, he loves seeing his ring on her hand. Like a constant reminder that she is his.
Note how appreciative she is of the ring, no "How much was this, or You shouldn't have " but just plain... " It's beautiful Shivaay... " and he smiles back so sweetly.
*10 sighs*
All those times preseparation when he wanted to take things forward and commit to her, she had stonewalled him, because she thought she had to protect him. But now she's got a chance to do it over again, and she grabs the chance with relish.
Her heart shining through her eyes, she takes his hand and slips her ring on. Remembering how he linked their hands together and kissed their union, wanting to take the next step, she repeats all the actions in reply today. His little smile says he understood and was quite moved with her display of her love. She is one very loving woman,and vice versa.
Jubilant smiles as they celebrated the sight of their rings in place, once again, with a little pinky promise too. Playfully he feigns pain so she'd kiss his hand again, and she obliges with a deep smooch again.
Utterly adorable I tell you. Hearts were coming out of my ears.
Finally. We're back here again. In love and engaged. Their forehead touch was so emotion laden and deep, I was moved to tears...so beautiful.
Later he asks her to write her vows, and she struggles with what promises she wants to give him. Sahil appears like an angel, and he's adorable as ever. The multiple ways they murdered the word "Vows had me cracking up...
Stealing Shivaay's vows was classic Annika, even Shivaay was expecting it, but seeing Sahil do it was a shock. He picked up the little boy and gave him such a forbidding look, the boy remembered he had something called integrity... hahahah. Such a cute prelude to future skirmishes as a little family unit.
That chop wala letter Shivaay wrote to her was the best !!
Sahil is such a cutie pie , I love this little guy.. this comic scene was the complete package of awesome ! Reminds me how IB nails their comedy..
Team ladkewale and ladkiwale are a little all over the place right now. Rudy is nursing his heartbreak and Om his own angst. Both concentrate on hiding their unhappiness but the wedding prep suffers.
Rudy is cruelly dumped for his childish words that seems to have hit a raw nerve in Bhavya. Bhavya is able to cut him off severely and prepare to marry someone else, while Rudra is sinking in sadness and is barely coping. He needs his Shivaay bhaiyya but the man is slightly distracted trying to make his wedding perfect for Annika.
Is he still sensitive about what she said when they separated? When she said he made do cheaply when it came to her. Perhaps Pinky did something to stop his arrangements for mehndi, and made this biker chap come with mehndi which she arranged for. Shivaay clearly arranged for it himself in front of Jhanvi and Annika. Smells fishy.
Precap: presuming Vows went well, she's crying happy tears again, and Shivaay is using the word Forever again to her...
Now where's that nimbhu mirch...
Do you guys notice that each rasm begins with a little problem.. which then gets sorted out by the end, as long as they're together..? I'm not really worried abt Shivika right now..
I'm more worried about the slight distance between OBros. Just like Sahil had a scene with Shivika.. I hope they balance it out with Annika and OmRu. They usually do, but still I really would like to see that balance.
