There are stars who know how to deal with
their past with dignity and class and two
such people are Hrithik Roshan and Kareena
Kapoor Khan. While there was a talk of them
having an affair years ago, both married
after that and moved on. In fact, the actress
has had two important relationships before
she met Saif Ali Khan, one with Hrithik and
the other with Shahid Kapoor, but whenever
they meet it's always with cordiality and
warmth. On Saturday night, when Hrithik
and Kareena met at Nita and Isha Ambani's
party, people were expecting them to ignore
each other and exchange cold vibes. There
are photos circulating on social media of
both in the same frame but not talking to
each other. Most onlookers were surprised
when the opposite happened the two
stars not only exchanged hellos but chatted
for some time before moving on to other
guests at the party.
Says a guest present at the party, "Hrithik
and Kareena exchanged pleasantries when
they met at the Ambani party hosted by Nita
and her daughter Isha. They chatted briefly
for some time, spoke about their children
and were very warm in their brief exchange.
It's not often that people are so cordial with
each other when they meet, but people
need to understand that Hrithik and Kareena
have long since moved on from their affair
which happened when they were very
young and starting out in their careers.
Since then Kareena has got married to Saif
and has adorable baby Taimur Ali Khan
while Hrithik married Sussanne Khan and
they have two good-looking boys Hrehaan
Roshan and Hridhaan Roshan as children.
They have moved on with their lives and
both are happy and content in their own
ways so why would they not talk when they
bump into each other? Hrithik is also in
good terms with Saif as both have acted
together in Naa Tum Jaano Na Hum.
Kareena and Hrithik grew close together
during the shooting of Main Prem Ki
Deewani Hoon leading to speculation in the
media that they would get married. But
Hrithik got married to Sussanne Khan and
Kareena started dating Shahid Kapoor.
Interestingly, Hrithik was the first choice for
Kunal Kohli's Hum Tum (later done by Saif)
which he declined as he was uncomfortable
doing a comedy genre, at that point in time.
But at the screening of the film Hrithik told
Kunal that he couldn't have done what Saif
had done in the film.
A couple of years ago, Hrithik and Kareena
patched up and resolved their differences to
come together for Karan Johar's Shuddhi,
but the film didn't happen. But they have
often met at social dos and been cordial
towards each other. In fact, it was reported
earlier this year that Hrithik was reuniting
with his Agneepath director, Karan Malhotra
again and the film would launch Saif and
Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan
opposite him but the film didn't happen.

Both looking gorgeous .. and why would not they talk? Both ate happy with their lives and are successful. KJO is the only one who can pair them onscreen again. Too bad shuddhi didn't work out.
