Amma and appa were sitting with ishita and discussing about Raman.

Amma: Raman is really sweet boy, I never thought he can be like this. When I heard he was a divorcee, I thought it must be his fault, no ishita I am just saying what I thought. But I can't believe how can anyone leave such a nice boy and that sweet baby. And he is nothing like his mother not so loud and always fighting.

Ishita and appa smiled at her mother's mention of toshiji.

Appa: yes.. I agree with you madhu, he is very nice person.I am very happy with the match. What about you ishita?

Ishita:Yes appa.

Bhalla's house:

When Raman and ruhi entered the house, toshiji and bhallaji were waiting for him.

Raman asked ruhi to go to her room and play, before she went, she shouted mumma's papa agreed... now ishita aunty is my mumma ..she was shouting happily and jumping

Raman smiled and told his parents, you know the answer now..

They all smiled at ruhi, when she left the room, toshiji asked: what did they say

Raman sat down: they agreed maa, if we let them know a good date or day, they will come and talk to you and start the discussions

Toshiji nodded and said: I already called panditji and he said tomorrow is a good day.. I will call the iyers and let them know and we will go there tomorrow, we have to officially start the discussions for marriage and also i need to see my daughter in law properly

Raman laughed and shook his head: you are so fast, did you by any chance already arranged everything for marriage also.

Toshiji slapped his head lightly: shut up raman. I am very happy and excited to see you get married.

Raman: ok maa, did you ask the panditji to come tomorrow

Toshiji nodded: yes, he will come around 9.30 , but we will go to iyers house around 9 , so we can discuss everything before we can talk about engagement and wedding dates.

Raman: ok maa, papa.. You got everything covered, do we need to get anything for tomorrow

Bhallaji: yes raman, we will go and get it done later..

Raman: ok papa, I need to talk to mihir and find out what's going on at the office, and left for his room

Ruhi was busy in coloring and didn't look up when raman entered the room.

Raman: what's my princess doing

Ruhi: papa.. (happily).. I am coloring pictures.. Mumma liked the ones i made, so i am making some more for her

Raman sat beside her : acha.. She will like them.. Papa has some work, will you be okay here..

Ruhi smiled : yes papa.. I'm also busy, so don't disturb me

Raman laughed : nautanki.. You are busy.. Busy.. and started tickling her.. Say you are not busy for papa

Ruhi: papa..papa.. Stop..laughing uncontrollably..please papa. Stop..

Raman continued tickling her : say you are not busy for papa..

Ruhi: papa.. Princess is not busy for her papa.. And continued laughing

Raman stopped tickling her and dropped a kiss on her temple : love you princess, now go and get busy in coloring

Ruhi hugged him tight : love you too papa.. And went back to her coloring.

Raman calls mihir : hi mihir, how are you , how is everything at the office.

Mihir: hi bhai, i'm fine and everything is fine at the office too. Don't worry and enjoy your day off. Why did you call me , instead of enjoying with my adorable niece?

Raman: it happens that i spent the morning with your niece's future mother and your niece, and it was fun too .. He waited for mihir's reaction

Mihir screamed: what bhai? What did you say? Ruhi's future mother? Who is she? When did you decide bhai and you didn't even tell me? I am very angry

Raman laughed: calm down mihir, i will tell you everything, come home tonight and you have to stay, because we are going to her house tomorrow morning, you can see her and meet her there.

Mihir: ok bhai, but i'm still angry at you. I will come home after work. I need a big party to get over my anger.

Raman: ok mihir, will give you a big party.. Come home soon.. Bye

Mihir: bye bhai.

Meanwhile Bhallaji called appa, they always talked to each other and discuss things as neighbors do, and talked to him about coming to their house tomorrow and discussing about the marriage proposal.

Raman called ishita to let her know about tomorrow's program and that his parents will inform her parents and asked her meet him at their usual time.

Iyers house:

Appa after talking with bhallaji, he told madhu and ishita about their discussion.

Amma got worried: tomorrow morning vishwa, we have to arrange a lot. We need to get something for shagun to give raman and ruhi

Appa: don't worry madhu, give me a list of things i will go and get it, it's just a small formality, you don't need to take stress

Ishita: yes amma, i will go with appa and we will get everything done. It's only 3 pm now, we have lots of time

Amma: ok, ok.. I will give the list and went to make one... after few seconds they heard ayyo murugan.. It's so soon. Let everything be okay and then she called to appa.. vishwa call vandu and bala and ask them to come here and don't tell them about the match.. Just ask them to come.. And she went to finish her work

Ishita and appa looked at each other and burst into laughter: she is going to be like that..

Ishita agreed with her appa, it felt really good to hear appa laugh and her mother happily being busy..

Appa and ishu went and bought all the things they need. Appa selected a shirt and pant for raman and was worried whether raman will wear it or not.

Ishita: appa, it's nice, he will wear it , because you bought it for him, don't worry

Appa smiled and then selected a pattu pavadai for ruhi and some anklets. Ishita protested that it is too much for a shagun.

Appa: ishu kanna, it's been so long that we had a little girl running in our house. I am very happy ruhi came into our life, nothing is too much for my granddaughter. It's her tata's wish not your appa's and smiled

Ishita couldn't say anything to him, he loved his girls and he loved shravu too, but like every grandfather he wanted a little girl, so ishita let it be.

Ishita then selected sarees for rinky and simmi, as raman once mentioned that they like sarees, but didn't know how to wear them and also selecting one.

She hoped they will like her selection, they finished rest of the shopping and went home.

Just as ishita and appa finished arranging everything, they heard a knock on the door and ishita went to open the door.

When she opened she saw ruhi was standing there, ruhi.. What are you doing beta

Ruhi: mumma... i wanted to show you something and dragged her inside her room, amma, appa were just looking at the mother - daughter duo.

Ruhi made ishita sit, mumma.. I have a surprise for you, you have to close your eyes first..

Ishita smiled at ruhi's antics and did as she asked, after few seconds ruhi said.. Mumma now open your eyes..

Ishita saw she made a set of drawing similar to the ones she did in the morning.. What is this beta?

Ruhi: ohhoo mumma.. These are the drawings i made for you.. See this is you and me .. only us, then she turned to next one, this one is you holding me when i slept, papa said i slept like that, and this one is you, me and papa at the picnic.. Do you like them..

Ishita nodded no: no beta.. I don't like them, when ruhi bent her head down in disappointment, ishita continued.. I love them so much, i am going to frame it and keep them with me. This is my rooh's first drawings for me.. Right?

Ruhi smiled happily and hugged her: did you really like it mama? I will make some more tomorrow..

Ishita: i love them rooh, she picked up ruhi and placed her in her lap and i love you rooh

Ruhi: i love you mumma

When suddenly ruhi was pulled from her lap and ruhi cried out when she fell, mumma..

Ishita looked up to see who would do that to ruhi, but before she could scold that person and soothe her daughter, they started fighting

Ruhi: why did you do that

Stranger: you can't sit on her lap, only i can sit

Ruhi: she pushed and said no I can only sit, because she is my mumma, and only I can sit..

Stranger: no, she is not your mumma.. You are telling all lies, she only loves me.. Not you

Ishita had enough, stop it both of you, come here ruhi, when ruhi came to her, she checked if she got any injuries and confirmed she is fine, then turned to shravu(he is the stranger, ishita pampered him so much and loves him, so he thinks only he has rights), what is this shaavu? Is this how you behave with someone younger than you? Why did you pull her from my lap?

Sharavu: see chitti.. You are scolding me because of her, she is the one who is telling lies, you are my chitti only, not her amma.. He said angrily

Ruhi didn't want to back down: i am not telling you any lies, she is my mumma and she loves me a lot and my papa too, not you..

Ishita: ruhi stop.. I am talking to him.. Look shravu, ruhi is my daughter and also i am your chitti too. I still love you and will always be there, but ruhi is my daughter that makes her your sister, it's not good to fight with your sister, right shravu? And ruhi, shravu bhaiyya is your brother, you don't fight with him. You have to be friends with each other, and listen to each other, because i love you both..

Ruhi and sharavu are glaring at each other, but they both don't like to say no to ishita, so they nodded their heads solemnly..

Ishita laughed at their expressions, when she heard someone clearing their voice and looked up to see bala,vandu,mihika and amma standing at the door, she realized they heard everything and want explanations..

She took ruhi hand and introduced her to vandu and bala saying ruhi she is your periamma and he is your periappa, like bade papa and bade mama.. Ok akka and jiju she is my daughter Ruhi Raman Kumar bhalla.

Ruhi said hi peri...amma , peri ..appa..

Ishita asked amma to look after ruhi and shravu, she need to talk to her akka, jiju and miku.

Vandu immediately asked what is this ishita, why are saying she is your daughter.

Ishita: Akka please calm down.. Raman asked me to marry him and I said yes, so ruhi became my daughter simple.

Bala: What?? you are marrying Raman Kumar Bhalla? The CEO of the year award winner.

Ishita:Yes, jiju. He came here and asked amma , appa too and they agreed too. His parents are coming tomorrow to discuss everything, that's why amma asked you to come and stay here

Mihika hugged ishita I'm so happy for you.. You cheated me akka, you are marrying him and instead of setting him up with me..

Ishita pulled her ear and said nautanki , he is your jiju so behave

Miku said with a wink yes saali is half wife anyway, so you do all the work I will reap the benefits..

Bala asked are you serious ishita, why this sudden decision, you wanted a break from all this.. Now all of a sudden you agreed for a marriage, that to Raman kumar Bhalla.Do you know his reputation? I am not understanding this sudden decision. Did he do anything or somehow forcing you into this marriage?

Ishita started laughing at the idea of Raman forcing her to marry, no jiju, nothing like that. He asked me to marry him and I said because I love him (she said blushing) and he loves me, though he didn't say the words . In my heart I know he loves me and explained to them how he proposed when they were alone, and with ruhi and how he convinced their parents.

Mihika what a romantic proposal not even a rose and but still the most romantic one.. He is so romantic ...

Vandu he sounds too good, we need to talk to him before they come here can you ask him to meet us some place.

Ishita: Why akka he is a nice person.

Bala: Why are you worried, if he is really good then why are getting tensed ishu. We only want what is good for you, we just want to talk to him, before anything is confirmed.

They kept questioning her, and she had to give in and called Raman

Raman: Hi madrasan, missed me already.. what are you doing ?having fun with your daughter

Ishita:Yes, she showed me the beautiful drawings..

Raman: Good.. i know she is talented like me..

Ishita: no way.. I am a doctor, but you are the one with dr's handwriting, no one can understand anything you write. Anyway, are you free right now. Akka and jiju wants to talk to you.

Mihika yelled you are awesome jiju, super romantic proposal

Raman you told everyone how I proposed

Ishita: Not everything

Raman: Keep it that way budhu, something's are meant to be for us not for everyone ok..

Ishita:Ok baba from next time

Raman: Who is going to propose you next time, tell me I will handle him

Raman we are talking out of the topic, can you meet them at the terrace.

Raman: Sure give me 10 mins I will be there, just give me a heads up are they going to torture me or just simple interrogation.

Ishita: Simple interrogation... she said with small smile

Raman: That I can handle madrasan..

Vandu asked what did you mean by not everything

Ishita: Nothing akka when I said I told you guys how he proposed he got angry like, ishita something's are between us, not everything should be shared. And i'm an idiot, I told what he said now he will kill me, when she saw their expressions , just joking he will get angry but I know how to manofy him..

Vandu said you know that already how?

Ishita: Akka we have been friends for sometime so yes I know. And he said he will be there in 10.mins, it's Raman so he will be there exactly. So you should go..

After they left mihika asked, aren't you curious what they are going to ask him and what he will say..

Ishita replied back Give it few minutes, then we will go
