Does Lata Voice Really Suited New Age Actress

i mean she sang for kajol in many song she sang for preety zinta in veer zara she sang for juhi chawla in khamosiyan gununane lagi she sang for ashwarya in mohabbatien, she sang for rani mukerjee in mujhse dosti karioge does her voice well suited to these respective actresses

Latajis voice changed as she aged, which is obvious. Happens with everyone, normal aging process and all. That is the only reason, sometimes it sounded weird. But if you see the original Lata voice, it would suit everyone, it's so beautiful

Also the high notes, OMG!! I've never seen another singer (female) to reach such high notes so smoothly! Ae mere watan ke logon.. it's my best republic song till date. And I cry every time I listen to it. I recently saw a cover done of the same song by Shreya Ghoshal, and even though she is my favourite singer currently, she kind of spoiled it for me.

No Lata's voice doesn't suit new age actress, even it didn't suit the late 1990s actresses.

Her voice was used for Kajol in DDLJ, Preity in Veer Zaara and many other YRF films. Honestly it ruined the songs for me. :/

But I won't deny that she is great singer, her voice suites old generation actresses.

In some instances it didn't even suit 80s actresses 😔

No offence but honestly i wud say no..she's amazing but there came a point wen i used to feel xyz singer wudn've sung dis song better..VZ songs r really nice..but some other singer wud've suited PZ more..same goes for DTPH..like i dint feel dis during O jana Na Jana from JPKSHH...in the above mentioned movies she sang almost all the songs..that was a bit too much.With passing time ur voice also changes..otherwise during her time she def was THE BEST for me.
