 Their prem kahaani is now way behind them and Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty have since moved on. Athough the break-up was bitter, they have gotten over that phase now. This was evident when they bumped into each other at Mumbai's domestic airport.Says our khabru who was present at the scene, "On Tuesday, Shilpa was flying with her mother on an Kingfisher flight to Delhi, to attend the CNN-IBN awards night. The mother and daughter made their way to the security check. While Sunanda Shetty took the 'ladies only' queue, the actress stood in the common queue. Akshay Kumar then walked in and found himself behind his ex-love. When he tapped her on the shoulder, Shilpa turned around and let out a loud scream. This was followed by a big hug and a kiss on the cheek for AK." "On seeing Sunanda, AK gave her a warm hug as well. The trio then stood there chatting. Shilpa did most of the talking, asking Akki where had he been and where he was heading. The actor flashed his tickets, and they realised that they were on the same flight. All activity at the airport screeched to a halt as crowds collected to watch the two stars engaged in a friendly conversation for a good thirty minutes." Incidentally, Akki and earlier flame Raveena Tandon ignored each other at Stardust awards last week. Raveena was seated just behind her ex lover but both did not acknowledge each other. Dale Bhagwagar, Shilpa Shetty's publicist admits, "Shilpa and Akshay are thorough professionals and maintain a cordial relationship whenever they meet each other in public." |
