"I wonder, how come all this ideas comes in your mind?" Khushi asked excited while Arnav concentrated on his driving.

"But Arnav, you sure they will convince.." Khushi pouted worried.

"Khushi, will you keep your mouth shut please." Arnav said glaring at her as he himself confused about his irked mood.

"Okay..!" She made face at him and looked away.

Soon they reached Gupta house and once Arnav Khushi walked in, everyone went to them asking about their whereabouts. Khushi looked at Arnav asking him to explain. "Nani, di.. We went to receive.. umm.. Actually we went to receive my friend." Arnav said looking at the door when Samay walked in. "Samay.. Samay Rathore, my friend."

As Arnav said, Samay walked in and took blessings from everyone while Khushi admired him by staring at him which Arnav noticed and shook her whispering, "Behave Khushi.."

"Chotey, why didn't you inform us before?" Anjali asked.

"Di, last night, he called me and got to know about my wedding and insisted to attend, actually he lives in UK and you know it's very rare to see Indian wedding there. So, I told him to come here and that's why I and Khushi left early to receive him." Arnav explained while Khushi looked at him impressed as how well he lied them.

"So, you are Arnav's guest, that means you are our guest. I hope you will enjoy your days here." Mr Gupta said and turned at Mrs Gupta and said, "Arrange the guest room for him." Saying this he left.

"Amma I..." Khushi was going to help her excitedly when Arnav held her hand and dragged her from there. "What are you doing?" She asked while free her hand from his grip.

"What were you going?"

"What?" She asked confuse.

"Khushi, you want to get married with Samay right?" He asked while she looked on, "Then please, stop showing your interest in him." As Arnav said Khushi looked at him with her wide eyes. "I mean, in front of your family, behave normally, else they can doubt you."

"O..! Sorry.." She pouted.

"Use your brain Khushi, I won't be there with you always to avoid you." Arnav said.

"No.. No.. No.. I will be always in your touch. Arnav you are my good friend and I know you will always help me if ever I fall in trouble, right?" She said so innocently that he couldn't resist himself and stared at her when Samay came to them and they talked.

At night, Arnav walked in the room and saw Khushi was selecting her dress for Sangeet ceremony, "Khushi, your the function is tomorrow, why are you preparing yurself today?" He chuckled.

"I want to look perfect Arnav."

"Okay.. But you can do this tomorrow yaar. I am feeling sleepy, can you please move your dresses from bed?" He said yawning.

"Are you going to sleep on bed?"

"In these days, I was sleeping there only. And by the way I never crossed the limits." He reminded.

"I know Arnav and I didn't mean it. Actually Samay is staying here, may be now he won't feel good if we stay together." She explained hesitantly.

"So, do you want me to go out from this room?"

"No, no but if you don't mind, can you sleep on the couch?" She asked innocently.

"Fine." He gave her a look and went to sleep there.

Arnav slept on the sofa with his closed eyes when Khushi smiled at him saying, "Thank you Arnav, for everything. You know the girl will be lucky who will come in your life." As she said, he opened his eyes and looked at Khushi asking, "really, you think so?"

"Yes, of course.. You are really nice Arnav."

He smiled and said, "Go and sleep Khushi."

At late night, Arnav was uncomfortable on the couch and gets up, he looked at the bed but didn't find Khushi, he looked around the room but didn't find her. He looked at the door and found it opened. He sighed and walked out from the room and saw Khushi was with Samay standing at the balcony, seeing them he didn't feel good, so he was going to leave when he heard another noise and saw Mrs Gupta descending the staircase, he looked at Khushi thinking, "This girl will never change."

He ran to them without Mrs Gupta's notice and immediately made Samay hide and stand on his place, "Arnav what..." Khushi was going to say something when he placed his palm on her mouth and hugged him, "Arnav.." She tried to get out of his hold.

"Khushi, stop moving, your mom is coming down." He whispered in her ear.

Khushi looked through corner of her eyes and saw Mrs Gupta standing away while smiling at them, unwillingly Khushi wrapped her arms around him. They stayed there until Mrs Gupta left. "Arnav, she left." Khushi whispered when he pushed her back angrily.

"What do you think of yourself Khushi?" He yelled at her furiously. "One side I am trying to reunite you with your love and other side you are hell behind to ruin it. If you decided to do everything as per your wish then tell me clearly, I will tell your the family the truth, then you handle with your situation. Why will I take your problems on my head?" As he yelled at her, she started crying as in these days, Arnav never behaved so harsh with her.

"Arnav, it wasn't her fault." Samay said walking to him, "I called her here."

"Please Samay, don't stand by her side. Every time I look on her mistakes. You tell me, can't she wait for a day? After tomorrow, you will get married right But no... Madam is so desperate to spend time you. Then fine, spend your time Khushi, but if you fall in trouble, don't expect me to help you." He said glaring at her and left from there.

Arnav walked in the garden and banged his fist on the tree while thinking his behavior with Khushi. "Why are you doing this chotey?" He heard nani telling, he turned at her confuse.

"What are you telling nani?"

"Khushi's closeness with Samay affecting you, then why are you getting her married with him?" Nani asked with tears in her eyes.

"Nani, I told you the story." Arnav said while reminisce the moment after returning with Samay, he went to his Nani and told her truth and took promise from her to support her. "And most important she loves him."

"And what about you chotey?"

"Me?" Arnav chuckled turning other side. "I am fine nani."

"You love Khushi." She said.

"No nani.. I didn't feel in that way.. She isn't my type after all."

"Chotey, you believe it or not but only this girl is ruling in your heart else you won't go in such extend for her happiness, I can see the love in your eyes and very soon, you will realize it. I can only pray that Khushi gets married with you only." She said caressing his face.

"Nani, tomorrow is sangeet, please don't say anyone anything, not also di, I know she will get hurt more." Arnav requested.

"I won't." She said with teary eyes and left.

Next morning, Arnav walked out from the room and looked at the huge decoration, Anjali spotted him asking, "How's the decoration?" She asked excited.

"Is it necessary to do all this?" Arnav asked looking around the decorated hall.

"Yes.. See..! Tomorrow is your wedding, so we want to make this evening special by organizing this Sangeet ceremony."

"But di.." Arnav has least interest.

"Please chotey don't make faces." Anjali tried to convince him and finally he sighed giving up.

"Good.. Go and get change." Saying this Anjali left when Khushi came to him, seeing her there, he was going to leave when she held his hand, "Arnav?"

He didn't turn at her, "I am sorry Arnav. You know I never think before doing anything, but I promise I will listen to you now. I am sorry, please forgive me." He turned at her and saw tears in her eyes, his heart melted immediately.

"Its okay Khushi, don't cry now." He said wiping her tears.

"You mean, you forgive me."

Arnav nodded, "And I am also sorry, I shouted at you."

"It's okay." She smiled.

Later, Arnav was looking around the decoration while thinking the days from when he met Khushi when Khushi was passing by hu and seeing him lost, she came to him and looked at him and took a bite of Apple asking, "What happened?"

Arnav glared at her and take the apple from her hand and gave a bite saying, "Our Sangeet ceremony."

"What? Really?" She asked excited.

"You are telling as if you don't know and by the way, you find it interesting?" Arnav asked rolling his eyes.

"Of course. See.. Samay is here with me, so I don't have any problem to perform anything as I know anyhow you will manage to let him perform the ritual." Khushi said looking at Samay week was with her family.

"Over confidence..! I am not going to do such things Khushi. You will get your Samay on wedding mandap." Arnav said rolling his eyes.

"But.. You brought him here so that we can perform all the ritual together." She pouted.

"Nope. I brought him here because it will be easy for me to replace him on wedding day." He said faking a smile.

"But.." As she was going to convince him, he said, "Stop trying Khushi.. I won't change my plan. So, go and get ready for our Sangeet." He winked and left chewing the apple.

In the evening, Khushi came in the hall wearing a pink lahenga when Arnav's eyes fall on her and he was mesmerized by her beauty, he walked to her and admired her from top to bottom.

Khushi raised her eye brow asking, "How am I looking?"

"Beautiful." Arnav said lost in her beauty but in next moment he came back to his sense. "Looking much better than usual."

"Haww..! What do you mean, I don't look good everyday..?" She asked glaring at him.

"Do I said that?"

"But you mean it.."

"Getting smart day by day.." Arnav chuckled.

"Oho.. You two.. Entire life is left to fight, come, everyone waiting for you." Nani said when they looked on.

They were attending the guests, though Khushi was eager to meet Samay, but every time she remembered his scolding and didn't get courage to meet him when suddenly Anjali announced and asked the bride and groom to present a dance. Though she was not ready to do but Arnav went to her and forward his hand smiling.

"But.." She hesitated when Arnav showed her the family enjoying.

"Okay.." She smiled and agreed.

They went on the dance floor when the lights goes dim and a bright spotlight fall on them, Khushi looked up at him when Arnav gets lost in her eyes.

He hold her by her waist while she placed her hand on his shoulder and they swayed their bodies with the lyrics.

Arnav held her finger tip and swirled her in circle..

And they end up with RK pose..

Arnav Khushi had a intense eye lock which broke by the audience clapping, Arnav made her stand on her heel and smiled at her.
