Update:
The DM is walking with the HAWKS. Veer Sir doesn't want him to sign anything. But the DM is sure that the HAWKS will protect him like always. Veer Sir tells the DM to keep all the delegates inside. The DM agrees.
The DM enters the room. Veer Sir tells the guards to pay attention and do their duty. He orders all the HAWKS to their positions. Samrat asks Veer Sir if he can stay by the meeting room, as he is bomb diffuser. So they will need his expertises here. Veer Sir agrees. Samrat wickedly smiles.

Veer Sir checks the areas, everyone is at their spot. A woman enters the building, but is stopped by the guards. Shaheen is pretending to be Sameera. They don't let her in, but after talking to Veer Sir they let her in.

Shaheen tackles an officer down and takes the food from him. Veer Sir wants a HAWKS to deliver the food, so Samrat and Shaheen pretend that Shaheen is Sam, and she takes the food inside.
She gives the DM the coffee, and he drinks it. She smiles, and talks about the DM dying shortly. After drinking the coffee, the DM is in a lot of pain.
Sam calls Veer Sir on the walki-talkie and talks to him, Sam realizes that something is wrong. When Veer Sir tells her that he saw her give the DM the food. She calls Abhi and tells him everything. They rush to the meeting room

The DM is clutching his chest and is in a lot of pain. Shaheen comes to him with a gun. He sees her and says bahu, she shoots him in the eye. Then Samrat comes, both Shaheen-Samrat rejoice over the death of the DM.
Then Samrat notices the HAWKS approaching the room. He tells Shaheen to run. Shaheen and Samrat are confused as to what to do. Shaheen takes the gun and decides to shoot herself. Samrat tells her not to. But she shoots herself. Samrat is shocked.
Precap:
The DM is dead, and Samrat is telling the story of what happened. Veer Sir notices that Shaheen has a pulse. Samrat is shocked.
