Shivika SS || ... And They Fell In Love || (Prologue)

Early morning, there was huge hustle bustle inside the Oberoi mansion. The servants were busy in decorating the house it's ganesh Chaturthi here and like every year Oberoi's are celebrating the festival.

"Khanna, did you look after the security management properly? I don't any mess takes place aarthi." Tej said while going through his phone.

"Yes sir..! I have checked once but once Shivaay sir comes with Ganpati Idol, I will look after the management once again." Khanna replied.

"Good." Tej said sternly and left.

At the corner, Tej was going through some business files when Janvi came to him and noticed him happy, she asked placing her hand on his shoulder, "Tej, you are looking happy today..!"

"Yes, Janvi.. I am.." He said smiling while Janvi looked at him curious. "Today finally I will get, for which I am longing for long."

"Means?"

"Today ma will transfer Oberoi property to Omkara's name." Tej said smiling. "I heard ma was talking with her lawyer, telling him she is wishing to transfer her property to elder son of Tej and that's Omkara right? Oh..! I am so happy Janvi.." He said excited.

"But Tej it's not right. Shivaay has right to get them. It was Shivaay, for whom we get the success so early. He worked hard and he deserve this." Janvi said.

"Oh come on Janvi.. After Shakti's death, it was us who brought up and made him capable to run the business. Yes, I love him but ultimately we can't deny the fact that he is Shakti's son. And by relation, Omkara is elder than Shivaay, so he deserve this." Tej said sternly.

"God Tej, you are so desperate to get the property but I am sure this property will not break the brother's unity." Janvi said hoping that when they heard dadi calling everyone as the Oberoi brother's arrived with Ganpati Idol.

Dadi was anxiously waiting for them to walk in when they walked in smiling - Shivaay holding the Idol in his hand while Omkara and Rudra was standing on either side of him.

"Come puttar, we all are waiting for you." Dadi said and turned at Janvi saying, "Go and do their aarthi."

Giving a nod to dadi, Janvi did their aarthi and they walked in and placed the Idol on its sacred place. "After some time the priest will come and we will start the pooja." Dadi said when the Oberoi brothers left from there.

Shivaay was taking out his cloth from wardrobe when his eyes fall on his sleeve, there something stuck in between the button, he bring his hand near to his face to get proper view of that thing when he saw a small moon piece, Shivaay untied the chain from the button and took it in his hand wondering, "How come it stuck in my sleeve?"

He was trying to remember what happened in the market when he remembered during buying the Idol, a girl was standing beside him and her bracelet stuck in his chain suddenly as due to the huge crowd, they came slightly close. But before she or he could untied the chain, Shivaay saw Omkara and Rudra leaving, he pulled his hand with a jerk and that time the piece left with his button. He tried to reminisce the girl's face but he couldn't remember as they didn't look at each other.

"Bhaiya?" Shivaay heard Rudra coming calling him out, he quickly placed the piece in a box inside the wardrobe and closed it.

"Bhaiya, let's go. Dadi calling us." Rudra informed.

"You go.. I am coming." Saying this Shivaay went inside the washroom to change.

At hall, Shivaay walked down along with Omkara and saw the family gathered there but no sign of priest. "Dadi, you called us so early." Shivaay said looking around.

"Yes Billu. I have something to confess." Dadi said while the brothers looked on.

"Dadi has something to confess? Is she in love in this age?" Rudra whispered into Omkara's ear with chuckle.

"Shut up Rudra." He glared at his younger brother and looked at dadi asking, "What's that dadi?"

"Puttar, your dadaji build up this house and this company and he transferred everything in my name.. Then my sons Tej and Shakti took it forward and created another history and now billu and Om decided to take this business at another height of success." As dadi said Shivaay and Omkara came to her saying, "We know dadi, dadaji always used to see this success of Oberoi industry."

"Yes puttar." She said caressing their cheek, "But now I want to free myself from this huge responsibility. Now, my grandson are enough capable to take this business ahead so I have decided to transfer the property to my elder grandson."

While the Oberoi brothers looked on shocked, Tej whispered happily, "Finally.."

"I want Billu to handle everything. He is the elder son of this house and according to it he has the first right."

"But ma.. Why Shivaay? It should be Omkara.. He is the elder son by relation." Tej said furious while the three looked on confuse as well as shocked.

"Tej.. How come it occur in your mind? After Shakti and Pinky's death, you always consider Billu as your son." Dadi said. "And moreover I feel, Billu deserve it more."

"No dadi.. I can't take this responsibility. Om, Rudy they are my brothers, I work hard for them so that they can lead a happy life. Everything belongs to them. You give this any of them."

"No Shivaay.. You are elder brother and you deserve this more than us. We have seen your hard work and I recently joined the business, I am still learning, I can't take this responsibility." Omkara said.

".. And you always treat me like a kid and thinks that I didn't grown up yet. Then how can I take this? You deserve this bhaiya." Rudra said taking step towards Shivaay but Shivaay was adamant to listen them and the three had a small argument on it when finally Shivaay yelled, "Okay.. Okay.. Stop.." He looked at dadi.

"Billu, come and sign on the papers." Dadi said smiling.

Shivaay looked at his brothers who also encouraged him to go further when Shivaay walked to dadi and kneel down near her, he took the papers from the table and handed it to dadi saying, "Dadi, let it be on your name. I know you love each of us and you are doing this to secure our future but honestly we don't need it. Let it be on your name."

"But puttar.."

"No dadi, please.. Today we are fighting for transferring the property in my name. Who knows in future this property divide three brothers..! Though I know no one has that power to break our unity but still.. You let it be on your name." Shivaay said looking at his brothers who nodded agreeing with him.

"Yes dadi.. Shivaay is right." Omkara said.

Though the brothers were happy but Tej became furious which noticed by Janvi, "I told you Tej, their relation is different."

"Now let's start the pooja.." Rudra said playing the drums along with the band-baja people.

After the pooja finished, Shivaay was sitting near the pool side holding his parents photo, he reminisce his childhood days with them when Dadi came to him, "Billu..?"

Seeing her, he quickly wiped his unshed tears and made her sit, she caressed his face saying, "Are you trying to hide your tears from your dadi? Billu, it won't hurt your ego if you show your weakness. We all know how much you love your parents."

"Dadi.. I can't forget that day." Shivaay said taking her hand in him. "I supposed to go with them no? But I changed the decision at the last moment. It would be good if I wouldn't change my mind that day. Then I would have died with them."

"Billu..!" She yelled at him. "Don't you dare to say this again. You are the strength of this family."

"But dadi.. I won't forget the people behind my parent's accident - The Randhawa's." Shivaay said as his eyes became red in anger.

"Puttar, how long will you keep this hatred inside your heart?"

"Dadi, you can forgive them, but I can't.. They have to pay for this. For them, my childhood snatched from me, now I won't let them live in peace, I will snatch every happiness frome their life.. And it's Shivaay Singh Oberoi's promise to himself." Saying this Shivaay left the house in anger.

Randhawa house -

As the Aarthi finished, the members were distributing prasad when Elder guy near to age 75 was finding someone. "Papaji, are you finding someone?!" His daughter-in-law asked.

"Yes. Where's my gudiya?"

"You know her papaji.. She left immediately after finishing the aarthi."

"Where?" He asked confuse.

"At her friend's place. They are also celebrating the festive."

"Oh..! In that chawl..?" He asked worried, "If her father gets to know then..." But before the old man could say she replied with a chuckle, "She will handle."

"I wonder, how come so indifferent she born in this family. She is completely different from my other grandchild." He said proudly.

"... And that's why she is your favorite." She said smiling.

At the chawl area, the people were enjoying Ganpati festival when a girl called by her name, "Annika..?"

She turned smiling and saw her friend dancing with other girls, she ran and joined to them.

Shivaay was passing by the chawl, hearing the loud music, he stopped his car opposite of the road and looked towards the chawl and took blessing from Ganpati Idol when his eyes fall on the girls dancing and his eyes fall on Annika and for a moment everything around him gets paused, his heartbeats arise and he kept staring at her.
