Of course it doesn't matter at all. It is as clear as day they are both hopelessly in love with each other. There isn't a question over whether he/she loves her or not.😆
Problem is taking the final plunge. For him, the words are waiting to jump out if she were to say it. He's floating around on Cloud9, openly happy, not bothered who is seeing how ridiculously in love he is. The way he fusses Dadi into hurrying up with the wedding prep, but insisting all the fuss is made for Annika. Allergies be damned.

Chalu Cheez Shivaay is stupendously adorable, grinning as he tried to pry out from her words "he wants to hear desperately". Cute back and forth over who will first , was completely lacking tadi, it was like a cajoling insistence that is absolutely adorable!!
I can understand Annika's reluctance. She was burned pretty badly before, hearing the same promises again would make anyone wary. Not withold, just wary. She has always rued her bad luck , this time fear of things going south is expected. '
But Shivaay is on high alert this time. He even knows his mother hasn't changed a tiny bit. In fact he is rising to protect her fiercely now. Pinky is busy collecting on all her good deeds, when it was never in question. What is required of her now is an apology and acceptance of what makes Shivaay happy; his Annika.
He is determined to make her SO happy this time, as he promised months ago. Taking it personally to put on the flowers himself, as Dadi said it was a promise to make her life happy. Billu is such a sentimental romantic !! Awww...
i have always been on Annika saying it first, because it would mean she has broken through all her fears and insecurities and taken than plunge FOR Shivaay.
Makes it that much more special. For him to hear it first from her, means she trusts him again, that she knows he will take care of her as long as he lives. It means that much.
Need to go for a bit.. will return with RuvYa and Rikara parts...
