In between there was this chotu sa scene where Billuji was personally supervising the arrangements and instructing to add more roses and order more if required... Just shows how much he really is doing all this ekdam Dil se...
If I remember correctly this was the forth time Billuji was on his knees in front of Anika..
First time when they return from Jungle trip and Anika hits her knee on the table ... He gets down on his knees & was ready to touch her feet which made Anika go bonkers
Second time the night before separation when Anika accidently gets drunk there to Billuji is sitting in front of her on his knees getting worried if she is okie & Anika hurriedly pulls him up to sit next to her...
Third Grand proposal & fourth as u mentioned today...
