In honor of some relative improvement vis a vis today's Shivika scenes, a gif post😆
Scene 1: The start of a new challenge...Kis se hai pyar? 😆
It was typical Anika and typical them...they both know they love each other but woh technicality of bolne pe abhi bhi dono trip karte hain...I actually loved how that transition was done by SC today...she did it so naturally and adorably...the way Anika stopped abruptly and then tried to maaro some generic "bharosa" statement instead but Shivaay had caught it by then and gotten all excited to hear it😆...and then the way the banter kept on growing from there with the way she said so cutely, "aap boliye pehle jo aapko sunna hai...lol"...SC played it JUST RIGHT in the scene...na OTT coy, na waisa kuch...just the right degree of impish cuteness...Shivika's dynamic was totally on point in this scene.
What's different this time is that there is more of that awareness b/w them in terms of knowing how they feel about each other but still enjoying their little bantering games...it's like pyar waali tadi now😆...previously when Anika used to give him tadi in the dard/farak games, Shivaay's ego used to get worked up but now he's just smiling back even as she's challenging him...sweet hai😆...she even tried to accuse him of making this an ego issue today but so calmly he's like it's not about the ego, I just want to hear it😆
I also liked the bit where Anika talked about how she trusts him cuz shaq karke toh dekh liya ki kitna raita fail gaya tha...Shivaay praises her for being so cool and non-judgemental...lol
Scene 2: Attempt#2 at getting an ILU out of Anika
I liked how Anika was like "aap I know bol rahe hain phir bhi kyun kar rahe hain"...lol...and he's like "kyunki main karna chahta hoon...mere karne se problem hai tumhein?😆"...they were still matter of fact and chill about it...toh sweet tha...Shivaay wanting to pamper her...and LOL ho gaya when Billu thought he could mesmerize her with this jewellery pehnaaoing and make her say it but Anika was wise to his tricks...haha
It was kinda sweet how Anika was alternating b/w being overwhelmed/shy and then being her usual bindaas self...haha...and the fact that this time Shivaay ne apna usual chance pe dance nahin maara helped make this a sweet scene...is baar aur agenda tha Shivaay ka...haha
Bonus was that she looked SO pretty today :)
Also, this is the second time Shivaay went down on his knees for her itne aaraam se😆
Scenes 3 and 4: Pinky gets blasted and Anika gets a fairytale entrance
Last waale gif mein Anika ki woh "meri zindagi pariyon jaisi banaa di hai" line yaad aati hai...and you understand why he's trying to pamper her as much as he can...to see that awed/enchanted look on her face as she's literally showered with flowers...he wants to make her life a fairytale after all the terrible times she's lived through.
Aaj there was definitely a better balance of Shivaay's traits...he wasn't being the totally giddy teenager from the last few days...he's still his usual besotted with Anika self but aaj the teasing/bantering was better balanced...MUCH better execution than the last few epis.
