Some clever touches in the reincarnation set up that I liked:
Avinash - Choosing "Avisnash", which means "indestructible", as a name for the first incarnation.
Krish - The parallels of the second incarnation to Krishna, who also had two mothers
Krish's mother - She's overprotective and anxious about her child, which will create quite a bit of tension and conflict when Krish's purpose in life is revealed as she'll want to deny it or shield him from it. She'll also have trouble accepting Avinash's mother having rights over Krish perhaps?
Krish's father - him being a journalist is some good forward thinking as the pen is mightier than the sword they say - and this man can help Krish bring the criminals to the notice of the public so they can be held accountable for their actions
Avinash's family - The flashbacks of how happy they were with Avinash, how difficult it is to cope now without him, and how important it is for them to get justice for their lost son is a solid emotional hook that can contrast and conflict in interesting ways with Krish's mother's urge to protect her young child, who safety and well-being she'll naturally be worried about even more once she realises what the criminal friends did with Avinash.
