First the powder he chucked into Mohini's face to knock her out and now the powder he mixed into Simran's medicine which will apparently induce memory loss. What next?

Apparently Chandar drugs girls using the same powder he mixed into Simran's medicine before raping them.

So I'm guessing that his rape victims forget all about him raping them by the next morning and that's how he has managed to keep his reputation intact for so long. Very clever of him.

Imagine one of those girls getting pregnant though. They'd think their pregnancies are a result of immaculate conception.

More than that I found funny that powder it looks like multani mitti aka sandalwood powder or whatever it is called..woh powder Tha bhi..😆😆 ..

Or he rapes them and then force feeds the powder to them. He says he likes to see girls in pain. Raping them while they're in a deep sleep wouldn't be painful for them.
