Men and unmarried girls apply it in the middle of the forehead. Married women on the hair parting.

Too dressed up for the ocassion. Whoever styles her has no idea about dressing right for the ocassion. It's a pretty saree but looks gaudy coz of the place and especially the makeup. This ghost white makeup with dark lippie is already done to death and adds nothing to her pretty face.
