I guess you didn't get what I wrote. I never said that Ranveer and Shahid have any great achievement. Neither I was talking about their Hits. Everyone knows that DP is a bigger star and I said that too. But still DP is no crowdpuller. She can't make a movie Hit solely on her star power.
Except Piku, how many HITs DP has, where she was the biggest star and the movie was riding on her shoulders??
Ramleela and BM were also not a success because of Deepika's stardom. They worked at the box office because of content along with Deepika AND Ranveer's pairing. Also Priyanka too had a contribution in BMs success. It was not all about Deepika.

And you all believe who gets paid how much 😆 i thought deepika was getting 12cr when this whole conversation about who is the best paid actress in bollywood is. After analysing BO numbers now its about talkign who deserves how much. None of them is enough to make a movie hit. Seems people still didnt learn from all the recent flops.

deepika is getting paid more for padmavati, i think ranveer agreed to go into profit sharing with slb like he did for BM so he is getting paid lower

and anyway i personally dont need to know how much they r getting paid, thats thier business, for me how they perform onscreen and how much justice they do to the role matters more

An agency report claims that for the first time in Indian cinema, an actor will be seen getting paid more than the male superstars in her film. With so much conversation about pay scale, Deepika Padukone has reversed the wage gap with Padmavati.

According to sources, Deepika Padukone is being paid Rs 13 crore for Padmavati while actors Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor are getting Rs 10 crore each.

While male actors have often been called out for being paid more than their female counterparts, with Padmavati, Deepika will be taking home the highest remuneration.
