No offense to anyone - Strictly my views 😳 - had to get it outta my system and see if anyone else felt the same way 😳

I think this show's really creepy and pathetic 😡🤢. So we have a dude (Kanav) and a girl (Kinjal) that most of the audience want to fall in love with ... even though he has a very pretty wife(Nina) who's totally loves him.. Why do most people want that? Isn't that kinda creepy? 😕

The whole baby deal - the guy wants a baby coz he wants a property.🤢🤢🤢 - that's sick n twisted... ewwwwwwwwwwww 🤢🤢.. A married couple decide to artificially inseminate a girl coz the guys wants property and the wifey wants a career... Isn't that the most pathetic thing ever?😕

I dont mean to be "moral police" (I stole this term from a different forum) but I find this show really really creepy and outrageous. 🤢 So why do so many really smart people seem to like it? 😕😕😕

I do want to know your views 😳 This is also my class project 😳. My teacher was really intrigued by this. I would really appreciate some honest feedback.😳

Regards

Ridha 😳

I agree, it is preverse, but psycologically speaking, human beings are rather preverse. I mean think about it this way, when your driving down the street, and there is a car crash, don't you slow down your car to look, if you don't slow down, don't you crane your head to look? It's one of those things, it lets us play up our hidden nature in a "homely" manner.
If you want a more basic explanation, for Ekta there is no such word as "ethic" or "moral" in her vocabulary, and I agree, this whole deal is rather twisted.
Nina does love him yes, however, her lack of self control gets in the way of "true love", I mean she's so shallow she lets other people poison her mind, Kanav is just arrogent, but I suppose we all want to see that crumble, so we wait for it to happen ( I don't care who it happens with, I just want it to happen)
In the end, whether we agree or not, it's just a show, and it's just entertainment.
Culture has alot to do with one's ethical outlook on life, South Indian culture is alot more conservative, therefore the whole topic of surogcay is looked down upon. There are just so many factors that can contribute to how everyone views the show.....but in the end, I do think it's pretty crazy, but fun to watch.

See,the daily soaps we watch are nothing but an 'exaggerated reality'<hope the word fits the bill!!!>..concepts and incidents from real life taken are twisted and turned to the advantage of production houses<Why single out Ekta??>..Ya..Personally,i do get critical about the blunders and bloopers that happen in these shows..But,we humans have tendency to be curious of things that are out of ordinary..Indian society can be easily made "MAMU" coz we people are emotinal..So,when we see a parvati,a kumkum or a tulsi shedding buckets of tears,we cry with them..Production houses use it to make money..So,i guess a lot of educated people too like these kinda shows despite the loopholes..and i believe they juz entertain themselves..Rational people do discuss and have a laugh at..that's it.. 😉

teh basic concept of artificial insemination is taken from Ek ladki anjanee si which in turn is acopy of some s.american soap
