Remember that moment you reach home just in time to catch last 10 minutes of an episode..only to realise damn...it did not happen!!! But...I did not miss the big big moment!😆 yipeee!

So anyways I go back and watch the episode and realise the CVs have a fine way of storytelling.

This is what I would call a perfect build-up to a very defining moment. Anami's takeover of the empire and being crowned as the heir apparent of Royal Singh khandaan!

Finally Gayatri Dadi does utter something. You get a glimpse into every character's turmoil. A vulnerable Dadaji remembering Vatsayla and the promise he had made. His turmoil of knowing the proxy one was being crowned only to save their empire and the livelihoods of thousands of people. Watch him glance up at Avdoot during puja.

Baldev's dilemma of adopting an idiot. His frustration and anger at Satrupa. Him being shunned from her plans and clueless to what she was upto.

Narottam's character and backstory was being exposed in layers. The outcast of the family, the humiliation, being forced to be someone he might not want to be. Self-inflicting pain to hide the real pain. Brilliant performance by the actor playing Narottam!👏👏That woman in the bg in green sari could be Damo, carrying out orders for Satrupa or might have acted on her own. If she is capable of getting rid of a newborn then she could do anything for Satrupa. There could be lot more to her character than what we are given to see.

Anami and Satrupa's interactions were kind of mild for me today. Anami though does not let a moment go by without insulting or taunting her mother😆

For once I kind of liked the cop today. Not bad honestly. He was good. His walk, talk and ignoring his senior's rants were all enacted well.He seems to be a clone combo of Sidharth Malhotra and Ranveer Singh together😆

All in all a good episode leading to the big one tomorrow!

P.S. Lal Mahal is beautiful. And me likes the height difference between Pujan and his pretty wifey!😉

Can't wait for tomm's episode and watch Pujan's ( along with his family's ) chest corrode like battery acid . 😆 😆
I hope Satrupa has nothing to do with the way Narottam turned out to be because that would really be unpardonable & I would hate to see her stoop this low 😭
My heart went out to Narottam today... his silent tears spoke volumes and then to watch him inflict pain on himself was heart wrenching ... very sad indeed..*sigh*.
I like Adhiraj , find him sophisticated and well groomed but today I felt his scene was like a filler a bit OTT or maybe I wanted Satrupa's entry with Anami in Lal Mahal so badly that didn't want any other scene to delay that . 😊

me too just too too excited for tomorrow😆... I think it would be Damo. I hope its not Satrupa too. That would be unforgiving. @bold...🤣

I also think that Narottam might warm up to Anami. She will push the family to accept him. ANd there may be some friendship or bonding between the two.

yes the cop scene was definitely a filler.

Didn't think of Damo but yes she makes the most sense and not on Satrupa's instructions. She will do anything for Satrupa and she is neutralizing Narottam as competition for Vatsalya without actually getting rid if him. I can't imagine Satrupa doing this.

Words fall short to praise the actor playing Narottam as well as the person who conceived the character of the poor abused child who self flagellates to ease his pain. The accumulated pain is so great though that even self harm isn't enough and he falls on the floor and screams in pain. I've seen impressive screaming in emotional pain scenes before but the intensity of this one was something else. Kudos to the actor👏

I loved the Baldev scene. The man has been pushed into a corner and is tired of it especially now that he has to let a 'gadha' take the place if his beloved Vatsalya.

Today Adhiraj's scene irritated me but only because it was cutting into Anami's entry. Realistically though I knew the entry wouldn't happen till tomorrow but one can hope😆

The Anami - Satrupa scene was a bit contrived, just another filler again to delay the entry.

Probably the slowest episode so far...but after 2 explosive weeks it's to be expected, but still a good episode.

Hectic work week so will be popping in and out.

DD, well said ... this was a build up episode ... the dhamaka happened in the last couple of minutes ... the whole episode was a build up to that!

Anami-Satrupa tashan continues ... Satrupa has a hard task on her hands to tame her daughter ... not sure she will ever be able to ... because the daughter is a chip off the old block.

I liked Baldev's scene today ... another layered character .. he holds so much bitterness inside him ... he is sidelined by his own father, cannot rebel ... but still has an innate dignity.

Narottam's scene was the highlight today ... the poor guy, abused, ridiculed all his life for no fault of his own ... again, is it any wonder he holds so much anger and bitterness inside him? The flashbacks of his memories ... life has been so unfair to Narottam! The actor playing Narottam is doing a brilliant job!

I wonder who the lady in the green sari is ... I think it's his mother ... that woman is nine tenths certifiable! 😆 Don't think it's Damo.

Ah, the moment when u think you'll start in-between of the program but oh well nothing major (if at all) has happened, happiness and smugness!

The thing I liked about the build up was, we got to see the reaction of everybody on Avdhoot becoming the heir, including company's employees/

So, the episode was good. Got an insight of Narottam's character~ I am really getting confused here too. Who the hell was making him dance? And WHY?? It looked like they've purposefully changed his gender??? Why??? Such bull. Idk maybe Damu was making him learn dance but I got such negative vibe from the saree person, it felt like that was Sudha🤣 But that's not possible... right?

Overall the way they treat Narottam... almost all of them... especially Avdhoot... is disgusting. I've said this before, but yes their behavior towards him will poison him if not anything else! The guy was pretty much using physical pain to get over the one going inside him like you pointed and dude it's impossible to imagine what he is going through. That guy needs aiding, and the way Anami is reacting to everything, it wouldn't be long before she make friends with the enemy of her enemy, aka Satrupa. Plus they are super unfair to him, Narottam totally deserves someone to cherish him. A sister would be nice!: )

Lol I like how Pujan wasn't looking or behaving as desperate as his wife did there asking Guruji for I-totally-forgot-what 😆 Pujan was like I'll go straight to the pandit getting the puja done lol

I loved in the episode before the last one. He knew Avdhoot so didn't deserve to be the heir with him being all Mom-the-water-hot-cold blah 😆 He even said that to him on his face 🤣

Oh god Baldev and Satrupa were the star characters of today's episode. I loved how Baldev was on the top of the stairs, beginning to come down and Satrupa thundering in the house with a "Ruko!" That scene!! God!! Got me so excited! I felt the whole episode a little dull otherwise even though it did show some of Narottam's bg.

I didn't even like that Paan Banaras Wala scene. I have a feeling I only ennjoy the cop's scene when his background music is playing otherwise it's just blah, okay.

That scene where Anami poured water on the carpet of the car... well whoosh, there goes their future bonding and the expectations from the "heir".

P.S. Lal Mahal is elegant. I am not too fond of Pujan's wife... her character is quite common on Indian TV and it just makes her boring and uh a little annoying to watch. Her day dream in the other episode was so much eye- rolling worth. Irritating almost.

P.P.S. I loved the precap! Some of these characters are carrying a swag in their walk. Be it Anami, Pujan, or the Cop (Oh you should see his very first scene, entry scene. The way he walked... it was like he was modeling?) *cough* I guess even Satrupa carries power in her walk. Pretty cool!

I think Baldev had squandered all their wealth, leaving them with only their crowns. Wine and women (that's where he ofcourse might have met Sudha and fell in love). It must have been his marriage with Maharani Satrupa that saved their family. So valid reason for Vikram Singh to sideline the man!

Lady in Green is quite a mystery.😆 As a punishment for being the son of a courtesan, whoever that woman is, must have forced him to put on those ghungroos etc. There is a scene where the child Narottom is seen wearing a skirt and taken away by Damo I think. The day Vatsayla is christened.

Adhiraj n the actor portraying him have been a bone of contention for many.

Initially, i too dint like the actor but then i started thinking from the perspective of the character.

Ideally, intelligence officers of any agency should have BLAND expressions in real life too.

Their ability to restrain their emotions n facial expressions is a vital asset n is encouraged.

Adhiraj being a CBI officer is supposed to possess this ability, he should have neutral n blank expressions, a nondescript n subtle persona.

As far as the actor is concerned, i think this week his dialogue delivery is a bit improved compared to the previous weeks. (This is what i feel personally)

n by the time his intense acting skills would be required, like when his backstory or a painful past comes to the fore, he would have improved more hopefully😊
