Italics mine. Uhh I beg to differ! Kayamath/Michi might be romantic, sweet, aesthetic, but its SO not original. Ekta has used this same marriage concept with Jai-Bani, then Kunal-Nimmo, then Shiv-Gauri, then Michi ofcourse, not to forget Kusumm-Abhayy and Ranya (Ranbir-Kanya). All the stories are in nature the same, barring a few little twitches. Even certain scenes Ekta borrows from her own shows or movies.. Not that I mind borrowing as long as I enjoy the show, hell I borrow ideas too when I write a FF, but just letting you know that Ekta K is not one of the most original people in this world. 😛

Oh and whats wrong with insulting Ekta? Haven't we done that also during the crappy sukriti track? Plus they're not insulting Ekta as in degrading her appearances, they're just insulting her shows, which they've full right to cause as a viewer they have a right to be entertained. They pay for all these channels. Whats wrong is insulting other fans or other shows not even related to Kayamath in the Kayamath section! Gee its almost like insulting people behind their back. Don't you think? 😛

Ekta has already shown a lot of "sleazy" scenes in her shows. Just because Kayamath didn't have any does not mean that all of her shows are the ultimate paragons of class and decency.

For instance, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi had a scene where a married woman (Bhoomi) was shown cheating on her husband with her lover - the two of them were shown half-naked in the tub, enjoying a bath together.

So maybe we shouldn't be making assumptions about all of Ekta's shows based on just one good soap, which in this case is Kayamath.

i agree with you completely meteora_smt. although kayamath is a great show and i really enjoy watching it, it is not original. i couldn't have summed it up any better than yourself.

there's nothing wrong with borrowing storylines from other shows as you've said....whats important is that people enjoy the show.

and your right about Ekta not being original....she herself admits that she "borrows" ideas from other places.

also, i think to encourage forum harmony we should avoid attacking other shows and their characters.....they are not here to defend themselves.

I HAVE seen only kutumb & humpaanch shows of ekta before kayamath ,both kutumb & hum paanch were decent & superb shows !!!

all i can say is that ekta it wud be great if u take the suggestions & superb ,original & decent ideas of all MICHIAN's ON THIS kayamath forum !!!

as candy told tht the chair scene was lifted from the fan fic of canadian beauty so it's such a nice feeling tht the creative ppl of kayamth taking the original ideas of MICHIAN'S from kayamth forum!!!

ekta !! this show kayamth is the most rocking show tht u have ever produced & thanks a bunch for introducing such a superb & a made for each otehr pair of shabbir & panchi as milind-prachi in the show !! i can really lick the floor clean for u ekta for pairing shabbir-panchi in kayamath !!!

Btw I recently re-watched an older episode of kayamath and Prachi did a Kajol in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai with her Sari being blown by the wind and Neev was mesmerized while she's holding on to it 😆.

Back to lovely Michi. Seems like most Michi's scenes are not original indeed. I don't mind if the original sources don't mind but yes, would love to see more original things for Michi.

And people in DMG forum can say and think whatever they want just like we can here 😊
