i don't know about the promo but i can tell you one thing that when suhana didn't came home on 29th jan episode i think the person who rang the bell was kartik because when he paid the taxi guy it was not girl's hand it was guy's hand hope it made sense

Also, they never showed the continuation of Karthik-Namraata phone convo. I wonder what happened.....Was she able to convince him to come back?
