How can I make gifs on Imgur??

Hello Piyali here,
Actually I wanted to make RiKara gifs for my Signature and I know how to make gifs only on Imgur but Imgur doesn't approve Hotstar links of episodes to make Links so anyother way from where to get episode links which get approved on Imgur, I would be very greatful if someone could help.

You just need to have the clip of the scenes you need to make one.

I just have many clips of ShivIka on my phone.

Actually thats my Problem, I don't know any other place to get clips from except Hotstar and Imgur doesn't accept Hotsar videos...
I think you are using some Phone app, I use Laptop...But Thanks for Replying...😃
