First, the needed a word to rhyme with "chupaye" from the first line. Also I read it like the head is never hidden in sajda, it is lowered in prostration.

Urdu is poetic language so when u translate you loose lots of linguistic references to love and lover. Jokes and poetry loose their meanings when translated. It's never the same with out cultural references.

Though it's a fantastic translation by sims in simple way of putting it.
