because gauri do one serial at one time.and abt people like her because of the kutumb days you are totally wrong ,there are so many viewers who first watched gauri as nandini in kyunki and became her fans,and here are so many actors who got fame from their first shows but didn't get any fame with their other shows,like smirti,iqbal,ejaz and rajeev.

gauri as nandini have a strong story line in kyunki.
