Hammie's Impressions ~ep32~15.8.17~ Misplaced trust..
For our relationships with others to thrive and prosper, trust is a key factor that grants our bonds longevity. To trust is to invest faith, belief, reliance , confidence in something or someone. It's trust within ourselves, that makes us raise ourselves more than we can be. Again it's trust which makes many of us who have a faith to look up to unseen deities for blessings and spiritual solace .It's trust in our loved ones that teaches us to value relationships and to receive and offer support to others when the need arises. But then again where there is trust, there also lies betrayal of trust as its adverse side.Today's episode is the opening of Pandora's box ,which reveals that the word trust within the Vashist family unit, stands ,savagely stripped naked for all to see .All the outer covering of faith, belief, conviction amongst the familial fold ,is ripped off! to expose the plague of deceit and lies! Woes! to Chandni who after all these years, still is blinded by a daughter's love for her mother, only to see that her trust has been misplaced! She put her trust in the wrong person..a person who didn't deserve her unbounded, unconditional trust...
Chandni is being lead up the garden path.. she is being deceived by Indrani who continues to make Chandni hold on to something that is untrue! The preview of the episode gives a clue of some dark inclement incident with Chandni .. she will need rescuing.. will Advay be her knight in shining armour?
The devils favourite past time, many of us are led to believe is to tempt us ,in our most vulnerable and weakest moments, so it can manipulate us into doing some ungodly deed. It's also said that the devil comes to us slyly like a well wisher, poses to be our gentle, friend. One who looks out for our best interests .Indrani in the opening scene reminds me of a terribly, polite, smooth ,sweet tongued she devil! How like a patient serpent she slowly swings her head and eyes hypnotically, over her victim Chandni .How with her well chosen words, Indrani attempts to sway Chandni into going out with PP her future husband. Chandni's fear of crowds too becomes secondary before her mother's wish, to go out with PP. Indrani plays upon Chandni's blind faith, and gullibility. Craftily, like the devil incarnate, one more time she dupes Chandni into believing that nothing will go wrong, she has to trust her mother! Sells her false assurances, if she feel anxious at any point she can phone her.. and she'll come and get her! Chandni reckons for her dear mother yet again, she will do the unexpected! I suspect Chandni's blind faith in her mother, and her gullibility may be shaped into her by Indrani herself over the years, so the girl is easy to manipulate and rule over.. life long..
PP.. gets what he paid up for. He throws his arm over Chandni's shoulder, which she gently pushes away.. it's an action for Advay's eyes. It cuts through his entire body. In frenzied rage he lets off steam on the mirror in his room by smashing it. Yes! Seeing its jagged cracked pieces shows him and Nani exactly how he feels! There's no getting away from it! Nani is right, Chandni's pain.. shoots out at his body too.. oh god! He hates her ,then why the empathy? Grinds his anger.. greedy people should suffer the way she suffers.. seeing her waft off with that jerk! only goes to show.. she deserves every bit of grief that comes her way.. he winces before Nani..but as always Nani tells him as it is.. has he considered.. he may be under a false impression about Chandni? He fails to grasp that she might have a different side to the story that he latches on to, and condemns her on what only he knows! Nani, gently asks him to give the girl benefit of the doubt. She offers him a simple solution, try thinking about her as your childhood friend, the hate will leave him perhaps, as childhood memories, are a strong link to how a person turns out to be.. for one's childhood memories, good or bad remain with a person! But with PP just taking her out, and her going with him using her freewill.. turns him into a green eyed jealous fiend! Advay was in no mood to delve upon Nani's wise words.. but his heart still murmurs.. Rabba ve.. hope she can look after herself?
Mamaji, is the one who attempts to jog Indrani s conscience , whether she likes it or not! he is brave enough to confront her, although visually he stands behind her, as a mournful wail of her horrendous past. Niru reminds her of the pack of lies she has weaved around Chandni! A catalogue of untruthful statements from start to finish. How she emotionally abused a child into believing a contrived scene. Which robbed Chandni's innocence. when she was shown a scene that was a false impression. How Chandni was manipulated into believing and thus testifying that she saw Dev's mother, flying like the witch.. how she used Chandni's to wipe out Dev's mother, father! How she duped Chandni into telling her about Dev's hideout! And then setting her men upon him and his brother! Niru accuses her of separating Chandni from her close friend Dev.. that's how she Indrani wronged Chandni! And today knowing the sort of man PP is! she sold off her daughter without batting an eye lid! But Indrani's type are the ones with scaly skins like cold blooded reptiles.. yes she has"no milk of human kindness[lady Macbeth] why should she? Chandni is no spawn of hers.. she should be glad she nurtured her from infancy, to now! it's time for her, to gather her pay back for bringing Chandni up, giving her a good life! Niru pulls his sister for living a lie! Hiding important truths! Indrani defends herself! Yash being ill.. she had to don the trousers in the house, fight and fend for all living under this roof. She spews that right from Yash's prestigious title, to power ,wealth and respectability .. she alone claims the honour! She warns Niru .. if he points his finger at her now.. she alone is not to blame! as the whole family that lives off her! are equal partners in her crime! So basically she has no regrets what so ever for her past , present, or even future crimes! She rejoices the evil within her.. so long as she lives a befitting life she is accustomed to!
Niru, Indrani scene correlates with Advay, Nani scene.. for the audience there is immense relief to learn from Niru and Indrani ,about the true back ground of the misconceptions between Advay and Chandni.. Nani was right , there is another side to what Advay still holds against Chandni.. the wait now is when and how? the misunderstanding clears between them? Will indrani allow it to clarify? After all it will put her in very bad light..
Dinner date is underway.. seems quiet, dignified .Till the impatient PP decides to unnerve Chandni as suggested by her mother so he can duly seduce her. chandni's forced composure ends when PPs setup gang of rowdies turn up. The crowd comes at her, forces her into doing what she fends off! fear grips off.. danger of the unknown grips her soul.. her body begins to double up.. and her spirit groans.. DEV... Advay suddenly at home senses her distress call..it was as if nothing had changed between them..hate where is your bite? Only his name from her lips beats against his heart.. chandni rings her mother. who hurls her phone away.. left her to the dogs. Advay gets the phone.. she calls him advay! Advay! Where is she?no reply! But for him.. its action time! off to rescue her.. the wall of hatred against Chandni he put up to shield himself from further heartache begins to form fissures!! Chandni begins to pass out.. wants peace and quiet! PP makes a beeline for a friends room.. leaves her to catch her breath. Chandni feels groggy , unsafe, caged..hazy vision of the closed door. She needs to get to it.. vision impairs... she swoons, caught in Advay's arms. He looks down at the floppy Chandni. Next step, get her out of here! PP returns! no chandy?? Looks like she's stood him up!! She s nowhere! PP what kind of a man are you? Can't even look after your date?
To cure her giddy spell he brings her out into the fresh air. Sits her on a bench and sits across her. She continues to be limp and falls forward her face right on his heart.. Advay clenches his palms ,to keep off her, tries flicking water on her face to revive her.. She does only to yet again snuggle against his chest. Advay looks down at the top of her head with hooded eyes.. The walls of hate come crashing down and his arms close around her back to hold her from toppling over. She mumbles in agony.. His eyes swim in tears for his Chandni.. He drawls hoarsely , he didn't touch you.. She mumbles against the warm security of his chest.. I hate water.. I fear water, he didn't touch me, but kept me locked for three nights.. He douched my face in water I thought I was going to die.. I am scared to leave my house.. Everyone thought I ran away with him but I never did.. He kidnapped me from a crowd.. I can't breath.. Advay heart splits in a thousand pieces at her anguish.. such a tormented soul! And he makes her look up to see if she fine.. yes his old Chandni comes back to him..in this brief instance Dev and Chandni meet as if they were never apart. But she swoons again.. Advay can feel the strong grip of her fingers around his waist.. Rabba ve.. what name can be given to this bond?.. suddenly like always this little bundle huddled against his chest was his business again.. where was the bite of hate? For the minute in each other's embrace.. his heart only feels an ownership towards her... Rabba ve.. Hamlet53 16.8.17
Fantastic episode.. about throwing dust in people's eyes, being evasive about the truth. Yet all facts clarified. Chandni was saved in time by her saviour. Both Advay and Chandni though, still have to learn more alarming home truths. We end up thinking is Indrani getting her punishment anytime? Well, looks like shika asks PP accusingly where her sister is? he moans she threw a strop after seeing a crowd. and then vanished ! Advay the responsible one enters the house carrying a fainted Chandni... wonder if her mother will show concern?barun, shivani ,ritu kudos
