Diya's Diary Entry: On being misunderstood and scorned
Oh why am I so scdorned?
Why is everyone so uninformed?
I can see the scorn in their eyes
And hear their disdain filled voice
Trying to weaken my resolve
As if their hatred can dissolve
My presence in this house
And the guardian-type marriage to my spouse
They speak in deliberate tones of sarcasm
To throttle my enthusiasm
They plot and scheme
To lower my self esteem
They work in unison
To throw me out of the house in derision
Whatever they do
I can undo
No matter what they say
My will to protect Ratansa they cannot sway
However big the challenge
I will rise to the occasion and manage
Handling the business will be a steep learning curve
I will work hard and never swerve
God with Thy grace - every day I will be a little bit more brighter
Every day a little bit more happier
Every day ensure Ratansa is safer
For my life was saved to be his protector and keeper!
